Is air-dr.com Legit?

On holiday in the Dominican republic. Had to call for a doctor, they kept us up to date with when the Dr was leaving right until our hotel room, where the Dr was absolutely brilliant. He explain everything what's going on. The app is brilliant, very easy to use. Definitely recommend and use again (hope not though 😁😆). Thank you.

Especially with a health system in another country, going to a doctor sounded like an annoying process. But air doctor did help a lot in getting my account set, helped with changing an appointment because of the differences in treatments here. They called the docs office and rearranged everything without hesitation.

This service was a great find. I was on holiday and needed a doctor. It took a few minutes to sign up and although the first appointment wasn't timely, I waited hopefully for an alternative and got to see Dr. Ibra within 2 hours of me signing up. He was helpful, approachable and knowledgeable, diagnosing very quickly and finding an emergency pharmacy near me . From the point of signing up to Air Doctor, to me receiving the medicine at the pharmacy, it took just over 2 hours. This is truly amazing. I sincerely hope every expats or nomads in the world or people travelling for long will get to know Air Doctor. It's service is excellent, no matter where you are located or what you need; i.e. in most cases something you didn't even expect yourself you would need! Far beyond my highest expectation, the app very simple in use and all contact if needed serviced with excellency.

Everything was amazing from the moment I found out about Air Doctor to when I finished my appointment.I fractured my ankle whilst abroad. My travel insurance requested a letter from the local GP that I was fit to travel home. We were in a remote location with no GP in sight. One zoom appointment and an hour later I had the necessary document :)

Feeling unwell for 3 days in Nusa Dua. Jumped on Google and came across Air Doctor. Made an appointment and a couple of hours later Dr Luh Pradnya Ayu Dewantari arrived at my accommodation with her colleague. Assessed and prescribed me medication for my tonsillopharyngitis. I very much appreciated her lovely bedside manner and highly recommend this service to all.

Our 1 year old daughters viral infection turnt into a bacterial infection and she was really unwell. Within a couple hours of filling out all the information a doctor had come to our hotel assessed our daughter and walked with my husband to the pharmacy to ensure all the correct medication and dosage was informed. I cannot rate this service enough and thank everyone involved.

I got a strange bug bite spreading through my arm quite quickly and, although I know this didn't qualify as an "emergency", I didn't want to wait until Monday or Tuesday (this was on a Saturday) to find out how to proceed. Went on airdoctor and got an appointment for that very same night, just 2 hours after I logged into the platform. The doctor gave me a consultation through video call and I got my prescription that same night. It's THE BEST service, especially for expats who don't know where to go or what to do in these situations.

This is the third time i use Dr. Jacek Gleba- and the fourth time I use their clinic through Air Doctor. When I scheduled my appointment I described in detail what my problems was- and I will assume that they have a journal on me from before. When you describe your medical situation in detail the doctor is EXTREMELY effective, and my appointment lasted maybe 2-4 minutes- just as I like. I will definitely use Air Doctor and Dr. Gleba in the future since I now live- and work in Poland. Since i am Norwegian this is a bit hard to admit, but Norwegian doctors cannot be compared with Polish doctors- at least not Dr. Gleba. In Norway it takes days before you get help, Air Doctor helped me the same day! Perfect Best wishes Sondre S

Overall experience - professional, efficient, easy, and the service delivered. Honestly, this was a surprisingly convenient service that really saved my neck this week when I was abroad. I realized the night before I left that I didn't have enough medication to last me my trip, plus no refills, and this medication would have been a absolute nightmare to go off of. After encountering dead ends trying a few other routes, I gave this web site a shot on a gut feeling and a leap of faith. Within an hour I was talking on video with a local doctor who was able to remedy my medication issue. This was super easy to use, and they came through.
