Is agrieuro.fr Legit?

Great piece of kit. Super-swift service, loads of great accessories. Starts first time, very quiet, negligible vibration.

We placed an order with Agrieuro on the 28th June 2024 and after over a month they had failed to deliver the item. The excuse was that it had been lost in transit and that they were trying to find it. We were told that if it had not been found that they would send a replacement. Since they made this promise we have tried to telephone several times over the last two weeks and we cannot get past the recorded message. It tells you to press an internal number and nobody answers, I assume they have blocked our phone number and despite serval emails on almost a daily basis they will not answer our emails.We have repeatedly asked for a replacement without success and we have asked for a refund again without response.This morning, 30.07.2024 we, in desperation, we tried telephoning and were shocked that we actually got someone to answer the phone. We went through the whole rigmarole and finally they have said we will be reimbursed. We shall see.We will certainly never order anything else from this company and we will make sure that we will discredit them whenever we can.

Good product, fair price, smooth delivery..

I purchased a LAVOR 180 electric pressure washer which arrived without screws so Iwas unable to assemble it.After a month of asking to return it Igave up and managed to buy the missing parts from the manufacturer.I received no support at all .You cannot trust this supplier.They have been repeatedly told the 6 screws which should have been in the package were missing They refused to accept a return and asked me to go to a brick shop one buy screws however I have no idea what gushers or length is required

I made my second purchase from AgriEuro the first being a log splitter that I am 100% happy with , the second and largest purchase is a Toro Timecutter 5075.This zero turn mower was a big investment for me and an expensive item ,therefore I took my time and asked lots of questions.I am super happy with the whole experience with AgriEuro and super happy with my new mower .I fully recommend buying from this company, the price is unbeatable, the delivery is really quick and communication with theses guys was first class.

The wood chipper arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately there were no assembly instructions which would have been useful, but not too difficult to figure it out. The machine seems solid and after two days working with it I’m very pleased with its performance.

Delivery was fine, big box slightly damaged but contents ok.The trailer seems very solid. Strong plastic, well painted metal plates. Simple to assemble with just a screwdriver and a few spanners (the assembly drawing could be a bit clearer, mind). So far I‘ve only used it on its own (with me as a mule), which was easy, although it does weigh a bit. The 3rd wheel is useful. When the garden is drier I‘ll try towing it with the mower.So far, very satisfactory.

Timing impecable. Produit conforme a nos attentes

Never again, first and last time, weld that holds wheel on broke so the whole bbq fell over injuring a small child almost killing them. Cheap Chinese and don't contact me cause I'm busy at the hospital

Agrieuro were very good. The merchandise was dispatched from their company to a delivery company & this is where the breakdown occured.However Anna at Agrieuro was exceptionally helpful & got the goods delivered to another transport company who finally delivered the goods on the arranged day.I would certainly recommend Agrieuro.

I wanted a Kawasaki powered brush cutter to replace my very old Kawasaki machine. I found the new one on their site looked good and AgriEuro sent it very quickly by courrier.I have now got my big garden up to,scratch with this machine. very easy to use and cuts through everything.Very pleased with my purchase and impressed with AgriEuro. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received, when I pointed out that there were no assembly instructions for the Geotech Shredder I purchased and that some parts were faulty or poorly constructed, which was a fault of the manufacturer. Vanessa at AgriEuro was extremely helpful and keen to sort these problems for me and other buyers.The delivery driver from TamTam was also very helpful, although it would be good if they used email and/or texts to inform about delivery.

I continue to buy my garden and small farm implements from Agrieuro as I found the quality and price very good. The after sales service had more to wish, but now Agrieuro has listened to critics and now I have had good experience from after sales too.

I was recommended Agrieuro due to their quality products and great customer service, and I have to say wow! The customer service is absolutely top notch!They are very quick to respond to questions , the item I ordered [ coupe bordure/strimmer] arrived promptly [considering the many delays being caused by le confinement at the moment] and I even received an unexpected bonus, a box full of safety equipment for use with my new garden tool!I would absolutely recommend AgriEuro , they will definitely be my first stop for any future purchases.Especial thanks to Valeria for patiently answering all my questions, and in english too!

Awesome company. First time ive used them. Even during these C19 times the customer service was outstanding. My ride on came with a whole host of spare parts and goodies that normal suppliers dont giveaway. Thoroughly recommend.
