Truffatori! Due sacchi di crocchette per un totale di 83€ ordinati il 22 luglio, pochi giorni dopo mandano mail di preparazione ordine e successivamente di ordine spedito e poi l’oblio. Non rispondono nè alle chiamate nè su whatsapp nè per email. Provvederó a fare opportuna denuncia.
Mio padre è in attesa dell'arrivo di 4 pacchi di crocchette da una settimana. L'Azienda fornisce un numero di cellulare, ma non risponde nessuno e non c'è nessun modo di tracciare il pacco come utente ospite. Mi chiedo se sia stato mai spedito, ma avendo appena letto le pessime recensioni, credo di essere stata truffata (l'acquisto l'ho fatto io per mio padre, purtroppo). Mi rivolgerò alle Forze dell'Ordine.
PESSIMI! Ho inviato un ordine il 28 luglio, ho ricevuto una mail di conferma e dopo alcuni giorni una di ordine in preparazione e basta. Abituata a ricevere la merce in 2/5 giorni dall'ordine, con e-mail di aggiornamento continui, ho scritto, ho telefonato e accerto che il Servizio Clienti è INESISTENTE. Ho richiesto anch'io un rimborso, dopodiché mi rivolgerò alle autorità competenti, così da accertare se è un sito farlocco, che lo chiudano presto.

A questo punto ho iniziato a chiamare il Servizio Clienti 10 volte al giorno (si tratta di un mobile, per cui le chiamate perse sono visibili), a scrivere una e-mail al giorno e un messaggio WhatsApp al giorno, concludendo dicendo che avrei fatto denuncia alla polizia postale. All’improvviso arriva conferma della spedizione, e due giorni dopo arriva la merce. Credo lo abbiano fatto non tanto per il timore della denuncia, quanto per il fastidio che gli ho procurato. Il mio consiglio quindi è: insistere, insistere, insistere. Comunque non comprerò mai più da questa azienda, sconsigliati
