Is agoramodels.com Legit?

This is the second time I’m leaving this review because they deleted it the first time the reason they deleted it is because they’re unable to fill their contract. Have been battling for the last eight months that’s what you have to look forward to if you’re an agora model builder totally unacceptable for the money you paid. The customer service is unacceptable. The models are not museum quality this company is purely the worst! Have been exchanging an email feed for the last eight months of disappointment. They say they’re going to do something then they don’t. You will never get a refund because that’s not what they do. They only take your money. Hope you give up so you don’t get the rest kit, I own this company I would shut it down rather than face the embarrassment that you receive daily from customers like me and then you just put us all off and take our money.

Needed replacement parts and had a wonderful customer service experience. The parts were shipped to me at no charge. Agora has a much satisfied customer in me.

What i have recieved so far has been ok but have had issues with missing part that took a long time to resolve and when i did get the missing part it didn’t work, but i have been happy with the product up to this point.

I have just completed the Alien Xenomorph build and it looks awesome. I really had a great time working on it. A very high quality model, pieces fit no problem, instructions are precise and easy to read, video instructions to help you out, and a customer service dept. that makes sure their customer is well taken care of. All in all, very happy.

The model is of course fantastic (Mercedes 300 SL), but as important for me is the excellent support/service from You all at Agora Models. I have been building models since I was a kid and today almost 70 I still enjoy it a lot. Looking forward to the Shelby Cobra as soon I have completed my Mercedes 300 SL!

i have purchased four agora models so far the only problems i have had were caused by me. i have lost parts and so far agora models has replaced them so i could continue my build. the response time to my problem is amazing. if other companies were devoted to their customers like agora is, wouldn't life be so much easier.

I'm currently building the No Time To Die DB5,This is my first large scale model build and i'm so glad i chose Agora. The kit itself is a joy to build.Okay there are some minor blemishes in the pain finish ( barely noticeable) but overall the finished article will look impressive.But more impressive was the customer service i received when i realised i had a cracked door window. I contacted Agora and instantly received an email stating the replacement was on its way.This is the service and guarantee you want when spending a large amount on a model of this scale.I look forward to ordering another model in the coming months when this one is completed. Now please, please make the VW Beatle available to build.

Agora Models did a great job with the presentation of their Porsche 917K. Great look, very well detailed, with a logical assembly process. Regular shipments and ease of communication with the folks at Agora. In the process of getting my second kit from them.

I had a problem with my NTTD kit, I notified Agora and within a day, they sorted everything. I was treated by customer sevices exceedingly well and with respect of the highest standards. They are one of the best and maintain an already great reputation.

I am three quarters of the way through my build up model of the G1 Optimus Prime from Agora models, and I have to say it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I am blown away by the quality and sheer size of this build. Customer service is incredible as well. I cannot wait to see the final product as I know it is going to be absolutely amazing. These models are well worth your time, effort, and money, if you are up for it. You will not be disappointed!

My first kit is the firetruck. Halfway done, I ordered the NTTD kit and been working on both simultaneously. It is easy to follow and assemble. Now my NYFD fire truck is finished, and the NTTD is only couple box’s away from finished. I brought the Apache for my next project. I just absolutely love the kits. Great customer services btw. I hope you guys make a Lamborghini or McLaren kit, I will absolutely jump in right away. Also, I’m into aviation, would love to see more aircraft kits!

Customer service I’ve received has got even worse than two weeks ago from my last review after they asked me to remove my review 😳 so again fobbed off with more lies about what I’m owed. Their FB account says they ‘deliver exceptional customer service’ good grief what a load of b.s. tirelessly sending email upon email upon email. Apart from lying about when they’ve sent you your packs they then will send you missing pieces then the whole ball ache starts again of weeks of messages to get few an far response inbetween. Asked numorus times to cancel the lot off for a refund that kept getting ignored.Truly awful company, I’ve even got saved screenshot conversations from sellers on eBay saying about the same type of bad service they have also received from this company. Best part of 1 and half grand they’ve had off me an at the moment I have a mess to show for it.

Every thing was great and in order they did a fantastic job

I wrote a review with reference to Agora Models only yesterday and admittedly wrote it in the heat of the moment.It was regarding the customer service surrounding the Courier (Hermes) and felt that nothing was being done to sort out the non delivery issues I am encountering every 7-8 weeks.Now I don't know what Agora Models have done, but to my amazement and joy, I actually recieved my latest order today so I cannot thank Agora Models enough for pursuing my ongoing issue.

Always a pleasant experience with Agora. They are very dependable, have quality products, reasonable shipping, and most importantly they have excellent customer service. They are professional and always willing to help. Agora is what got me addicted to building large scale models. What they offer is second to none and you know exactly what you are going to get with 12 packs for each model. A lot to do in each pack. I have done every model offered from Agora except one and look forward to each new model with child-like excitement.

I find getting replacement parts sometimes very difficult I have been waiting nearly four months for an order i placed in June,other wise most things are good.I think this part of the business needs looking at.Update:I did receive my parts, the long delay was partly due to a technical issue with Agora and then the royal mail losing the parts. Agora did reissue my parts and royal mail delivered them.I am generally very happy with the service provided by Agora.

A pack of parts for my model build went missing in transit.Despite being 2 months after the due date I was able to reorder the missing parts, which were delivered a little over a week after the order was placed.Well done to whoever picked and packed the delivery.

Had part of my shipment missing, after contactimg customer service they had a replacement shipped within a week!

Agora models has great communication. They ship fast when items are in stock. They are also very helpful. IMO the best partworks model company out there.

Everything about Agora is fantastic. The models are stunning and the quality is outstanding. Customer service was fantastic. Each stage is well packed and super fast delivery. Money goes out on a Thursday and pack sent out same day, 2 days later pack arrives. Look no further than Agora if your looking at getting into these quality models.
