Is agincare.com Legit?

My mum's care needs changed quickly and we urgently needed to get her into a care home. The staff were wonderful in very quickly assessing her care needs and bending over backwards to get her into their Admiralty home asap.My mum has only just gone into the care home but if the staff are as kind and caring with her as they have been in placing her there then we'll be very happy and the initial respite stay will become her long term home.

We needed a live in carer urgently, everything was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and professionally. Within seven days the carer moved in, very pleased with Agincare, all the staff have been so helpful and the carer matched to my father was excellent.

Very professional engagement with Senior Care Advisor who bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. The Care Home Manager was welcoming and knowledgeable, as well as understanding of our needs during the arranged visit. Finally the Accounts Lady at Head Office was helpful and friendly.

I have worked for Agincare for 6 years now, I can not see myself working for anyone else.The support i get from the central office is incredible.Gemma visits often and provides support when ever i need and the office are always happy to answer any questions when i call.

Gemma Mason ( Live-in Deputy Manager)came to see me in my placement yesterday. Gemma wanted to find out how I was coping with my work, and if I felt I was well supported by the company.Gemma has a good manner,was friendly and informative. I explained that in general I was happy in my work and confident that I could contact the office at any time when facing difficult challenges which sometimes occur in this type of work.However, I did say that I am disappointed in Kali ,the new training provider. I have had numerous problems with this website, but am confident that Agincare management and administration are in the process of sorting this out. I look forward to a good result. I recently came out of hospital and I was lucky enough, after a bit of a disaster to be sent a lovely, happy young lady, Charlee Williams. Charlee was extremely capable and helped me with everything with a smile. Being with me 24/7 it was lovely to have conversation with someone interesting. If I need the same assistance again I would ask for Charlee if possible.

The home is in a beautiful setting in Bexhill Old Town. Roy's room has a pleasing view into the garden and his surroundings are quiet and peaceful.The care staff are welcoming, efficient and caring and Roy's condition has improved since he arrived several weeks ago. The food looks of good quality and Roy enjoys a good appetite for it.We are very pleased with our choice of Nursing Home.

In regards to Kirsty and Chelsea at dunboyne court I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your outstanding leadership and support as my line managers. Your guidance and mentorship have been incredibly valuable to me and it's helped me progress with in my new position. I’ve worked jointly with a carer named Charlie for the past week with a client. She has been fantastic!!! She is kind, patient, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely professional. She is very proactive and doesn’t let anything go unnoticed! She’s on top of her game! I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone who needs a great carer 😊

Your prompt response to my contacting you, finding a wonderful experienced carer; Tsvetelina and the helpfulness and experience of all your staff has been amazing Joanne made a very accurate and thorough assessment of my fathers needs. Alison found an excellent carer and Matt arranged for both to get a live in carer all within 4 days of my first approaching Agincare. Due to their swift action my father was able to come home from hospital within 48 hours of Joanne’s assessment and I was able to take a desperately needed break that had been planned prior to my fathers illness. We are moving mum into her new home today. So far I have found everyone really friendly and helpful getting to this point. Any questions have been answered promptly and we had a swift reply after she had been assessed and accepted, this made the process less stressful. My father had been in hospital for weeks awaiting transfer to a new care home. We visited Cheriton and immediately knew for certain that this lovely, bright house with a charming garden and such delightful staff was the one and Dad smiled all day. It was such a relief to know that he was moving there. Thank you so much, Agincare, for arranging everything so quickly and for everyone's welcome on the day Dad moved to Cheriton Care Home.

It's great having regular times and shorter visits for my father who has dementia. Carers are friendly and get the jobs done without fuss fitting in with our family plans and meal timetable. Minus point of being given a work schedule which was nothing like what was actually delivered causing worry for my sister.

The head office are informative and helpful, the staff in the home were kind and friendly towards us whilst we visited the home and we feel secure in the fact we have chosen the right place for our mum.

The staff at Agincare have been so helpful and professional in arranging a room for our Mum at Gainsborough Care Home. She had been given short notice to evacuate her present home as it is closing down suddenly.So impressed by the speedy feedback and communication in arranging this transfer such as contracts etc. This has been an emergency situation and we are very grateful. We look forward to Mums admission at the end of the month.

After a long stay in hospital mum was discharged with wraparound care provided by Social services. Charlie mums carer was absolutely fantastic with mum. She not only provided care and support with helping mum settle back home but also helped mum gain her confidence back after being in hospital for 4 months. She treated mum with respect and helped her all aspects of personal care. Mum settled back home only with the support Charlie provided. Thank you so much Charlie for looking after mum so well xx

My Dad has just started a spell of respite today for 3 weeks. So far all seems to have gone well. It’s his first time away from my mum following a diagnosis of Vascular Dementia which is steadily worsening.The process was made very easy by very caring and helpful staff who have made this transition an easy one in a difficult an emotional situation….. thank you so much Agincare

From start to finish my experience with Agincare has been excellent. I was treated like a human being and my needs and requirements were listened to and a Care Home selected which is perfect for my husband. Demi went out of her way to help and always followed up and through, calling back to check and confirm. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you.

Had a ‘wonderful’ carer who as my Mum’s husband was dying remained solely focussed on large wipes and bed pads. She carefully reminded my Mum that she wouldn’t go to heaven and be with my Dad if she didn’t behave. Just what we needed at the worst of our times for our family.
