Absolutely terrible customer service! Tried to cancel didn’t work they billed me anyways… Had to tell the bank to block any payments from this waste of money

Great work of customer support. They are ready to solve your problem within 1 hour, that's impressive. And the product itself is good, it has almost everything I was looking for.

IMPOSSIBLE to cancel.The phone number on the charge only gives you a busy signal.The cancel instructions say to emailsupportataffemitydotcomWhich I did TWICE. Yet today another WEEKLY charge of $16.99 is being posted to my account.I called my bank and they said the only thing I can do is get a new bank card!!!!I have important bills that are paid our of that account.I've had the acct for over 20yrs!!!!And SCAM company is going to upend my whole pmt process8ng capabilities for God only knows how long before I can get all of my accounts switched to another card number!I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

It is really a scam! Login to the website is impossible even with the password they sent after contactin them about forgotten password (obviously, no any password would work). And I contacted their support team on the e-mail left in their subscription terms. Just received so far a response about 24 hrs feedback. I will have to contact my bank if they don't cancel the subscription to claim them as scammers.

I'm very grateful to this product, because it helped me to give second chance to my relationship. I can't say that I've learned something completely new, but to revise some information was very helpful. My favourite community for woman!

This product has amazing support agents. So client-oriented approach and willingness to help with all your questions. My problem with access to the account was solved at the same day.

It is a scam, they charge you a different value and make it a "subscription"

SCAM!All the positive reviews are fake.I paid on 13 July 2024, I wanted to cancel within 24 hours and I received no response. On their site they say we respond in 24 hours, BS. They also charged 9.39 Euro for an additional download that did not state at all the costs!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I called my bank fraud department and if they don't respond and keep charging me, they will block my card and get an investigation against them.

It’s a scam. The info in the app isn’t that great. They promise satisfaction guarantee or your money back within 30 days. I tried to cancel the next day after purchasing. No response. There is only an email address for the company. I’ve attempted to cancel 3 times and have now involved my cc company. They have yet to reply.

In my opinion, this website offers quality product that can help you to improve your relationship or find the right person. But the main reason for my review is great work of customer support. I had some questions regarding payment and they explained me everything within couple of minutes after my request.

Do not get into this SCAM!!!!!I requested a cancellation and refund; they responded me on March 14th. On March 20 & 27 I get charged over $46.I email again notifying that I was still getting charged and they tell me that they “assumed” I wanted to keep the subscription since I did not respond the cancellation email. This email said “Could you share a bit more about what you were hoping to see? We're all ears and eager to improve our offerings based on your feedback.” But nowhere did it specify that cancellation was not done until my replied. I reach out to them a 3rd time to verify the status of my refund and this lady has the audacity to say that they CANNOT process a refund because they “provided to you in full access, and these are recurring subscription payments”Uuhh yeah, the damm subscription I didn’t even know it was still active because a requested you to cancel it the same day I got it since it was nothing like what I expected.SAFE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND $$ !!!

I finally understood how to filter out guys who aren’t on the same page even before going on a first date. It’s really working! Only a few messages from a man can tell me a lot about his personality now.

The content is simple basic tips and is not worth the price in my opinion. A few days after registering I wasn’t able to access my account, and the requested email with the access link wasn’t sent to me. While dealing with it, I was charged for the subscription I wasn’t even able to cancel!!! I contacted the support and they started sending me messages about how great their service is (while I was trying to get a refund). As a result, absolute waste of time on the content and useless messaging with the support, and wasted money on the subscription I couldn’t cancel. The support admitted there was the website glitch but refused to be responsible for it. The support messages felt like if they were blaming me for what happened. After all, I don’t recommend this service to anyone.

Scammers.They don't show a button "Cancel subscription" in a personal account. When I wrote them a letter by email to cancel subs. they charged me after it.
