Is aeticon.com Legit?

My address sign I ordered with a light and USB extension cord was better than I ever expected. I was confident the metal design would be great because my neighbour has one and she forwarded the link the Aeticon, but she didn't order the light feature and I'm so happy I did. It's so amazing, the light does amazing displays of beautiful colours and changes to music and all kinds of other, 40 different styles, light design. Love it! Order the light!

This is worth the money! I bought the 5 panel canvas set a month or so ago and am glad I did. The color is incredibly vibrant and I didn't notice Brock's face in the background, but it's so dope🔥. People love it. I hung the panels using command strips, not the canvas command strips b/c they didn't work. I will order Carnage next because he would look fantastic in my kitchen 😀. My only complaint is that you all don't do custom work. I am a Lady Deathstrike fan and would love a panel piece with the original X-Men Deathstrike, Samurai Deathstrike, reincarnated Deathstrike, and Weapon X Deathstrike. That would make my MILLENIUM!!!. Other than that I recommend the product. Thank you😄.

This purchase was a birthday present for my Dad. He’s a retired train electrician and thought it was a perfect gift. Aeticon has been great to work with! Their customer service is excellent and they respond immediately and efficiently to all requests no matter the time of day. The delivery took a little more time but it was stated in all communication the entire time! My father loves it and is overjoyed!! I wish I could upload a photo. The print I received is super low quality. I am not happy with it at all. I wanted to return it but the return process is made to be difficult so here I am with a product I don’t like and probably won’t use. This was a disappointing first experience with your company.

Receiving my wall art product from Aeticon was beyond exceptional! I am very pleased with the quality of the picture and how well made the panels are! The panels line up perfectly and makes a great addition to my entry way wall. The packaging was very protective and I couldn't be more excited. I will definitely use Aeticon again for future products.

You still have not resent the fireman plaque that you engraved incorrectly or issued me a refund. I sent pictures front and back. I was going to order about 10 for various people but now 0.

Originally this was a lower rating given there was a mix up with my order however, the follow up that was done after the fact and time taken to right the wrong was above and beyond my expectation. It wasn't a automated robot given me vague answers it was a real human who was contacting me and ensuring I was happy with the end result. Thank you!

Absolutely love our sign! We wanted to get my husband something special after opening his own business and this by far was the best gift ever! Thank you Aeticon for the perfect craftsmenship , excellent shipping and receiving time! Will definitely come back for any future items!!!

First, I kept getting mixed signals on shipping date. It was going to arrive on11/6, then 11/10, then it showed submitted to USPS suggesting it was never shipped, and finally arrived on 11/16 after Veteran’s day, very disappointing. When it finally arrived, the embroidered emblem didn’t look like a C-141, it looked more like a whale. It was a side view with no wing definition, also very disappointing. A front view or slight to one side would show better definition.

I ordered a AF military jacket for myself & I love it. I received many compliments. I purchased 2 more. One for my eldest son who served in the Army for 20 years & one for my brother-n-law who served in the Army for 30 years. My youngest son will be retired in a few years & I’m going to buy him one. The rug we ordered was falsely advertised as a Pinnacle Contour rug when in fact it was a cheap knockoff printed copy of unbelievably poor quality. It’s not a woven rug, is thin as paper and no where near the color advertised. They refuse to take responsibility for the item so it’s going in the trash and I’m out $130…

This company kept me informed of their progress. The sign is great. I had some problems (my doing) their customer service is prompt and exceptional

I wrote a review a month ago about the horrendous experience I was having. I still have not received the item I ordered for Christmas back in November. I keep getting vague messages from various people with no real information. No tracking information. When I put in my order number nothing generates. I have asked if there is a new order number but when someone finally replies to my inquiry, I get a response but not any specific details or answers to the questions I asked. I see on this site someone responds to only certain post, yet mine was ignored. The original review was posted weeks ago also. LM Johnson

Great embroidery, fast enough on delivery, good solid product. It’s been 31 years since I got out of the Navy with my last duty being the now de-commissioned and largest & first nuclear powered cruiser in the USS Long Beach (CGN-9). Was based in San Diego, CA and enjoyed my time on the boat. Seeing the hats brought back a lot of fond memories, Thank You Aeticon, job well done!

The item arrived well packaged and on time. We are very pleased with the quality of the finish. The only unsettling thing was the corporate structure. We thought we were buying from the USA with a California contact phone and a Midwest Corporate phone. It was delivered wrapped in Vietnamese shipping tape and posted from the United Kingdom.

The delivery was prompt and the product was well packaged. The quality of the canvas was good but the colour was "off"...the sky, grass and truck were much too orange. It didn't help that the painted edge trim of the self-framed canvas was painted "peach" which just exaggerated the orange hue. I know getting giclee canvas colouring is a real skill--sadly this one doesn't look at all natural.
