Is advantageinvestment.co.uk Legit?

Everything seemed fine during the deal, but it fell apart when circumstances shifted. I asked for my money to be returned as per the agreement, but they have refused to cooperate and are now stonewalling my solicitor. Getting on with,Aureum Classis was like cracking open a treasure chest, now I am looking at six figures, and the rush is beyond compare.

I had the fortunate experience of dealing with Adam Caldwell. He put me at great ease from our first call and maintained his professionalism throughout. He listened to what I was looking for and did his best to provide me with options based on that . I found his use of local knowledge both honest and integral . I can say I am looking forward to making other deals with Adam in the nearer future . He represents the company and Investors well .

I have been considering buying a buy to let investment property and have done a lot of research and spoken to a few consultants. I can honestly say Emily Montgomery-Smith has been one of the best advisers I have spoken to. I was dealing with Daniel Myatt in the first instance he was super helpful and very efficient in order to gain my trust as he knew I was very sceptical and hesitant. From 2022 till 2024, I have had continuous issues with the payments being made on time and there was always some technical issue or excuse. Three years into the five year promised scheme, I have been notified that one of the companies is under administration. False promises, unsecured documents, great way and marketing to entice and trap potential investors, yet they still have the cheek to keep on sending marketing email to continue asking people to invest in future projects. Shame on you!! This is people's life savings and hard earned money. People please do not put a single penny into this!

Rio was brilliant start to finish, especially with me not being the easiest/ patient customer. I tried working with a few investment consultants that were trying to sell me anything and everything but Rio gave honest answers and listened to what I wanted. He has been on stand by through the whole process and helped me secure the perfect apartment, quickly! Spoke to Jake Sass who is absolute brilliant and had a indepth knowledge about investment schemes. He explained clearly in very simple language. He is very informative and answered every queries with details and his patience is amazing. I never felt uncomfortable to ask silly questions. I would like to go ages with purchase in future and will highly recommend to my friends.

Josh listened to us, worked with us within our budget and gave us the best option. Throughout the process he’s been keeping in contact, updating us, dealing with issues with solicitors and making us feel valued. Daniel did a wonderful job of following up, answering questions, coming up with possible solutions. He was always available, never pushy.In the end, we chose not to invest, almost entirely because of distance from the rest of the family, whom we are wanting to be closer to as we make our move from Canada to the UK.In short, the package Daniel had to offer was very good, but overshadowed by non-financial issues. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Daniel again if things ever change for us.

An honest person will steer you toward the right deal. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal they offered me, I appreciate their honesty about what the deal entailed.
