Is adoreme.com Legit?

Overall great site as with a variety, moods, and uniqueness to choose from but also have a wider variety of sizes as compared to other companies. A bit disappointed I have to "join" to get better pricings, feels like going to a warehouse store and that there is a fee to return. Was difficult in trying to find where and how to return as there was nothing listed in the packaging.

The products accurately matched their description and the shipping window was perfect at the end of holiday season. In fairness what I didn't like was the fact I was forced to join their club in order to get the sale price. I am a male buying for my wife. This wont be a monthly activity. I had to 'remember' to cancel my membership. This may prevent me from being a repeat customer. We'll see.

Great company but they will keep you coming back until you get that free set! And then if you want to cancel you lose your points but Lordy my lingerie drawer can’t fit anymore! I do also want to call out that some bras don’t fit the same, I ordered a 40DDD and it fit tighter than all get out while others are just fine. I would never recommend an unlined bra because it rubs on your nipples.

We have loved the products, but issuesbwith our orders shipping in a timely manner, even when we've paid the expediting fee, have been frustrating. One order was canceled by AdoreMe after it was supposed to have been received, with no explanation. We had to call and work with the help desk to rebuild the order and wait again for shipping.

I love love the different lingery..I was so confused on my size but I order the size you guys recommend and omg I love it finally no gaps perfect...I will be ordering more and getting ride of my old ones

I absolutely loved the piece I bought! Being a larger size, I often don't feel sexy, but in this piece, I felt extremely sexy! I didn't feel like I had to buy something 3 sizes bigger than I normally wear in order for it to fit right, and when I put it on, it felt like it hugged in all the right places, and accentuated all the GOOD places! I will be buying from here again!

My experience with ADORE ME has been the greatest all live shopping I had for a while now I love the way they evolve around they come out with something new every month. Colors are great. Anything that I purchased from ADORE ME I would recommend it to anyone that’s in the plus size woman cause they have multiple styles for plus size women. I hope they continue to keep it up. They are doing a good job.

First ordered some workout gear a couple years ago after googling and reading some good reviews. Typically my purchases are not looked at favorable, but she loves the feel and look of the sports bra, biker shorts and joggers. I'd be lying if I said I never added a few things that are basically a gift for me when she puts them on

Bought 2 $100 gift cards on December 15th. Never got them. My online account indicates that they were shipped but not delivered. Made several requests to customer service. They said my claim is being “escalated” but nothing has happened. NOTHING! Please credit my Adore Me account $200 or credit my Bank of America VISA card $200!!! I want my money back or my Adore Me account shopping credit. I have all the documentation of the purchase along with confirmations. Your customer service is absolutely terrible!

The selection. Being able to use store credit. Flexibility. Shipping was easy. Only issue was on my end. The rep couldn’t do anything about it when I called in.

Delivery took almost 2 weeks and missed Christmas. The only reply from adore me was, sorry these things happen. I explained the updates I was getting was that it was out for delivery. I am sending back and canceling.

Adore Me does not use discreet packaging. If you don't want everyone to know you're getting lingerie delivered, I can't recommend Adore Me.

All around quality of the product at an exceptional price. Customer service on spot even through the automated system. As well as quick delivery.

There are options for so many body sizes and lots of style options. It was hard to decide which ones to get honestly. I ordered two sets and both were excellent. My spouse enjoyed them more than I did 😘 quality was good, materials were nice and the fit was perfect.

Love the quality and comfort- but (like every lingerie company) the post-mastectomy market is seriously missed. Most non-wire bras are bralettes (which can be difficult pulling overhead & stepping into it doesn’t scream sexy).Many of us (myself included) aren’t “allowed” to wear underwires post surgery- yet those are typically the “prettiest” bras. And, because of the structure with reconstructive implants (different than saline enhancement implants) padding doesn’t look or feel right.

I was excited to try the Elite Box and at first it seemed to be going well. However, upon its return the company claimed I did not include one of the returned items in the box. I had included it and there was no way to prove my integrity as I no longer had the box. “Fun, not fancy”

The adore me products are definitely fun. They come in nice packaging and have a lot of different options for purchase. The only thing I've noticed is that their products are definitely low quality fabrics. Most of the things I've received are scratchy, itchy and poorly made. There have been a few items (like my last purchase) in which the fabrics seem a little more high end and don't feel gross to touch. So, it's a hit or miss with this stuff and I personally think it's overpriced for what you're getting. Many other lingerie companies out there that are same price with excellent fabrics.
