Products look really good. Buying for a Christmas present, can't wait to see their faces. Would be nice if the order confirmation included details of the order and not just offers for future discounts.
The size runs smaller than what was stated. The material is thin & stiff, not what the picture shows. No return or reimbursement, only a 20% off for your next purchase.
Dreadful company. Item arrived late,they couldn't care less,if it doesn't arrive there's nothing we can do. Item did arrive. A sweatshirt looking nothing like what was ordered,was supposed to be embroidered but ended up printed in the weird fabric. Was supposed to be pink,a black sweatshirt arrived that was so thin it showed up white,logo was fuzzy. So far no response from them regarding a refund
I just wish the images of the products were a little more clear/better pictures to show exactly what you are ordering. I’m still nervous about my order and what it will look like (i.e. if it is actually embroidered or if it is just a screen print). Maybe a little bit more info for the description as well would help. Other wise, the ordering process was great.
I ordered 2 sweatshirts that were supposed to be embroidered. They were not. Very poor quality of material. There is no way yo contact them regarding there product. They give you a email address and no way to access them. Very sad.

Big Iron Maiden fan, this company is based out of London. Ordered 6 shirts on 10/18/2024 and received an order # and said my order was confirmed. Eight days goes by and I’m thinking it’s coming from London so I’ll just reach out and email them, see if I could get an update. When I did email them on the 26th I noticed there was no tracking number. I also tried logging back in and it said email not found, when cleary I made and order and they took my money!!! That’s when I madly started looking for the Vaseline… No reply yet by the way.. Gonna try again tomorrow to see if I can get a hold of anyone.. There gonna be “Running to the hills” because they gonna find out “The Evil that men do”.Stay clear also of another company“Official band shirts”Does anyone know of a reputable honest company that sells rock shirts?!?!?!
Do NOT buy from here. Products are nothing like as advertised. The 'about us page is clearly a load of rubbish - implies they are US based but everything is shipped from China. Extremely poor quality. Different sizing. Just avoid and save your money.
SCAM!!! i am one of the many who got scammed. False advertising, bad quality product, and no response when trying to refund. I say we all file a case and get our money back this company should not be in business. They are probably using kids in sweat shops!!

Item shipped was child size and not made the way the garment appeared online. When i contacted them they would not offer a refund or return. Just 20% of a new purchase. Stay away from these people. They have zero social media so you cant pin them down.
