adidas.ca Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives adidas.ca the absolute highest trust score on the platform: 100. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Safe. Secure. . We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this very high score? We came up with the 100 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to adidas.ca's industry. The algorithm detected no high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Safe. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we label this website as secure and trustworthy. We explain this in more detail below.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning adidas.ca, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between adidas.ca and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of adidas.ca. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of adidas.ca, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. adidas.ca is a secure website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether adidas.ca has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether adidas.ca boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, adidas.ca.

I was on the Canadian site in French and ordered a pair of shoes and got the wheel of death for 5 minutes so gave up, thinking they were having issues. Ten minutes later I went on again and the order went through immediately. I went to bed. In the morning I found that both orders went through. Tried to cancel one order and can’t. I live on an island and going to town takes three hours for a return trip. Now I’m so angry that I’m returning both items.
My experienced with Adidas.ca was a disappointment.I ordered the wrong size shoes, and according to Adidas.ca policy in certain models, they won't refund or exchange them.Adidas.ca NEVER AGAIN!I will continue shopping at AMAZON! Great policy!Ps: (Fast delivery 5 stars)
Date of experience: August 26, 2024
ZERO!! Ordered a hat few weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered yesterday. checked online and the response I got "we're not sure when it'd be back in stock, we advise to cancel the order"!! seriously?? When I placed the order, it was clearly in stock and after waiting for weeks, you are telling me this!! Also, sent a sneaker to be replaced, it's been a month and still waiting for the replacement!! S#!!ty company, no wonder Nike is taking over!!
If you don't want to deal with poor customer service, avoid buying shoes from them.I bought a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago, and the right shoe was defective with a dent and a severe tilt to the left, while the left shoe seemed good. I spent a week calling customer service, where the representatives were very rude. One supervisor hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. When I mentioned I would report their poor service and product quality to the media, the agent arrogantly told me to go ahead. After a frustrating battle, I finally spoke to someone from Adidas Consumer Affairs who helped me resolve the issue by arranging a return and ordering a replacement during the call. Today, the new order arrived, and my friend received the package for me since I am at my home country now. She took a picture and sent it to me, and I was shocked to find that the replacement shoes were also defective—both had dents at the toe and tilted, though in a symmetrical way compared to the first pair. Now, I am back in my home country and unable to speak to customer service. More importantly, I do not want to endure another nightmare dealing with their rude customer service. It is very draining and frustrating. From this experience, with both pairs of shoes being defective, I believe Adidas's shoe quality has collapsed. I have been a fan of Adidas for almost 20 years, but now I think it is time to switch to another brand due to their poor quality and bad customer service.
the online chat customer service reps don't seem to care much and are not very helpful when dealing with problems. The shipping is fine.
The website creates an error every time you try to do a return. I've repeatedly informed them, but they do not seem to care. The phone agents are really not very friendly or service-oriented and seem to need training. I ordered a number of items in order to get the correct fit and style, and I kept a third of them. The phone agent said he was "shocked" that I sent the other items back. It's 2022. Are you shocked when someone tries on an armful of items in a store and buys only one-third of them? Of course not. It's the same online. Get over it.
They lost my shipment and two weeks nobody doing anything about it. Probably they will ignore it and leave like that. Terrible service bad customer service too, never use their product even if they free
Continental80s and all my footy gear. Predators 19.2, socks, shin pads. All bought online. Great stuff
Returns and exchanges take eons, making me wonder if I will ever receive my money and exchanged products at all.Update: did finally get my exchanges, but alarmingly was then double-charged for the original items. Upon contacting adidas, they said it’s a system error that will take a few weeks to solve. So they overdrew my account by $80 somehow and then told me I’d have to wait a while to get it back. Do not use anything but a prepaid temporary card to pay for products on this site!!!
Rotten customer service. I won a drop on Confirmed App to buy Yeezys and they shipped them to me via T,-Force Logistics who lost of stole them. Adidas would not replace my stolen shoes only offering a refund. What a joke. STOP USING T-FORCE LOGISTICS TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT! I I will never buy from Adidas online again. Totally disappointed by their lack of care for customers.
Such a trash company they keep doing the same thing to me. They keep telling me they sent the refund it has something to do with your bank I call the bank they say there is no refund. Then I call adidas back now they say it’s a system error and they will do A manual return which will take another 3 to 4 weeks what is going on. Worst company out there never buy anything from these people. I’m out 800 bucks I don’t think I’m ever going to see that money. Very disappointing I will never be buying anything from adidas and I will make sure no one in my family does anymore either I’m fed up with their lies.
Excellent when it comes to exchange products online. No need to say about quality
If I could give no stars...it has been 4 months with no sight or hope of getting my money back from adidas. The customer service is rude, ignorant and incompetent. Save yourself trouble and never purchase from online store. Trust me you will save yourself lot of trouble.
Worst experience with adidas Canada . My order was sent back for a return . They received it and still no refund has been processed . They are just making excuses .Stay Away from Adidas.ca and buy thorugh store which have instant return policy .
If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Hands down the worst, most incompetent, mindless, yet stupidly arrogant “customer service” I’ve ever encountered with online retail. Simple return to process, but still waiting on the confirmation email saying that the refund will be processed. This after their own Purolator tracking shows they received it at the warehouse. When you try getting someone via chat, you just don’t because their esteemed agents are not available. I cannot believe a company like Adidas would run this kind of crap operation. I will never buy their online products, which are good, in order to avoid their post-sales online service, which is absolutely pitiful.
They charged my credit card & I never received my goods. Their warehouse put the wrong address on the shipping waybill, so the goods got returned back to Adidas warehouse. Despite speaking to at least 5 customer service reps, Adidas never issued me a refund. I lost $80.00 due to the incompetence of Adidas' shipping & customer service agents.
Adidas recieved my return over 3 weeks ago and so far I've only gotten emails from them saying they haven't processed my return yet and that it will take awhile. This happened with my last return too. This is pretty bogus and I won't purchase from adidas.ca again. I've also noticed the quality of their products has gone downhill quite a bit - hence the returns. I'm a big adidas fan but am disappointed and will only buy 2nd hand adidas now or stuff on sale at my local Sport Chek. Shouldn't be surprised though since all these corps use cheap factory labour overseas. More and more I notice that consumers are being excessively exploited by these companies that charge big $ for bad quality - and we don't know we're being exploited until they have stolen our money and given us crap in exchange. Consumers really need to demand more for our dollar and start boycotting this BS.
Long time Adidas costumer. I've ordered two pair of shoes and they were shipped very fast. They came perfect. No complaints
I returned a show I bought from Adidas.ca and returned it on 7 May 2023.It has been over 6 weeks now, and I haven't received my refund yet. If I call them, I keep hearing the same excuse that they are having an issue with processing returns and the issues will be rectified soon. How long are they planning to give the same excuse? When I called them to get a responsible answer from their customer service they put me on hold for 15 minutes and they gave me the same response. Then they hung up the call without letting me speak.Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Always been an Adidas fan. Never buying an Adidas again if this is how they will treat their customers.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately.
