Fantastic website making planning an event so much easier. On a day when we thought we had missed all the possible Christmas entertainers, Add to Event provided us with plentiful of choices. And we found an excellent one! Thank you!

Eve and Alex were charming, efficient, imaginative and interfaced well and appropriately with our guests. It was also good that the day before when one of the people was unable to attend they immediately nominated a replacement.They relieved us of the angst of dealing with our party which was the aim of hiring them. The fifth star is deficient because they were 15 minutes late. Fine, they were soon here but that lateness, generated a minor anxiety which slightly detracted from the comfort which they were hired to provide. In summary and extremely good service.

The bars in motion manager Ivan is an exceptional person. Not only did he provide excellent professional service but it helped me organise things in a personal and kind way going beyond what people normally do.I just can’t believe how helpful and kind both he and his staff were. All my guests loved him and so did the kitchen team.Also the communication before the event was excellent with lots of updates and discussions about what drinks, atmosphere etc was required.And he always replied promptly to any emails and always answered his phone and rang me when required which again you don’t always get with service providers I picked this provider because he was the most reasonably priced and as soon as I spoke to him I just knew he would be great We had a lot of elderly ones who didn’t buy alcohol that evening but Ivan still looked after everyone so well
