Is acscourier.net Legit?

ACS employees stealing orders ! And is not even possible to speak with manager or to make complaint ! They just take your orders and keep for them self's !

Worst courier ever. Incapable persons. Bad service. Only if you do not want to get your order!!!

Never again. 1 star because there is no option for 0. Took more than 2 weeks to receive a package from a city 5 hours away from Athens. Every single time disappointing. I will let the shop know about the struggle, maybe they change courier service.

They have had our parcel for 15 days at their hub with no sign of it moving. Impossible to get any answers on the phone and the local shop just tells lies saying it will be with them later in the day... The company never manages to deliver around busy seasons but the worst is they just don't have any customer service. You simply can't get an answer from them..

Package from China takes 10 days from the date dispatched to reach Greece! It went to an ACS HUB and for the past 10 days it has been in the HUB with no movement! I have called 5 times and they say it will be there soon and they apologise for the inconvenience! Have they checked the reviews all over the Internet? They are the inconvenience! They don't have enough people! Well if you pay peanuts you get monkeys! My package will not be delivered but in the new year because they have about 2 weeks of delayed packages! Sellers please don't use ACS or any company that cooperates with them like DPD Greece! ACS is by far the worst courrier company in Greece and a disgrace for my country!

One employee of Michalakopoulou ACS office in Nicosia ask me for id without he to have any legal authorization or to show clear criminal record ! How ever after he refuses to give me my own packages ( but only to me , to local people he give packages without asking for any ID ) my 3 packages disappear 🤷🏻‍♀️ the small thief just took it for his self and he didn’t send back to the store ! Also is not even possible to make complaint to managers ! This company is real trash !

A complete failure. By far the worst shipping company. Unprofessional , customer service nonexistent. They never pick up the phone keeping you on hold. I have to return a parcel and it is the third consequent time they stood me up.

I ordered something from Electroline 2 weeks ago and it is yet to be delivered. It was at hands of ASC for 2 weeks. My 600+ euro purchase.In the meantime I got packages delivered from the United States of America to my home in just 1 week. And in Cyprus you need to wait 2 weeks for local delivery. It is really a joke and a circus full of clowns 🤡🤡🤡 Bananananana land

Every year, this company struggles to effectively prepare for the Christmas rush, missing an opportunity to improve from past challenges. It sometimes feels like they prioritize other concerns over fully meeting customer expectations during this critical time. As a result, gifts occasionally remain in their warehouse, causing disappointment for families counting on them. With better planning and customer focus, they could truly turn things around and make the holidays brighter for everyone.

The ACS driver never brought my parcel, and then their own app messed up and sent it to the wrong place. I was expecting the parcel on November 26...I even received an SMS with a delivery estimate. The deadline passed by over an hour, and so I decided, using the app provided by ACS, to relocate the parcel to a smartbox near my home. It's now nearly a week later, and the parcel is still stuck at an ACS district office. Using ACS's own digital assistant, I find that the parcel is scheduled to be delivered at the requested smarbox. Then I call their helpline (20 mins waiting time) and they tell me that according to their own system, they're still holding on to it because apparently I had asked for the parcel to be delivered to an ACS office. You should have called us on the phone, they said. No explanation of course on why their own app is garbage.

The worst by far!!! Waiting for hours over the phone and no one is aswering, my fist package was sent to a different location from where it was supposed to be sent and the second one I went to pick it up from where they told me I was supposed to go and pick ot up and was not there. I am still waiting from them to tell me where my second package is. Extremely unprofessional!

Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to sent a package and I was trying since 9.30 am to contact them via phone to process (still trying I’m on the phone waiting for someone to pick up) At some time after waiting for about 30 mins someone picked up and asked me to tell my postal code, then she put me on hold and hung up the phone. Since then I’m still trying to find someone on the phone but there is no one ! I am trying since two hours now. That’s terrible !!!! Unfortunately that is the only company where the store that I need to send my package collaborates with so I need to endure this torment ! Awful

Xristina Nanadaki in Chania main ACS office made a miracle happen and got my e book /kindle back from Lost and Found at Athens airport .With the help of ACS courier Alexandros they went beyond ordinary duty after 2 attempts got the right e book delivered to Chania .Xristina Nanadaki was wonderful and kept me informed .Congratulations ACS for a magnificent job!Well done and Thankyou !5 starsFionna Carlisle Edinburgh Scotland/Xania

DO NOT USE! Our package was supposed to arrive on Saturday. We went ti pick it up right before closing time on Saturday and were told it wasn’t even close to being delivered. The clerk said, with no sign of compassion or concern, “Maybe Monday?” For us, Monday might as well be next year. We will be thousands of miles away by Monday. So we forfeit the value of the contents of the package. So infuriating!!!!!! We should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews of ACS before entrusting them with our shipping needs.

Do I even need to say something? This has become one of the worst shipping companies. Always making us go the packages from their spot delivering it to our house when we have payed for that!

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I was absent at the exact time that I was home waiting for my package. They told me that the driver called me when there was no call registered on my phone. They told me to call the central offices who hang up on me after 10 minutes waiting.Abominable service and would hope people/companies avoid paying them money to do something they don't do. As a previous reviewer said, they should shut down!!!!

You cant give 0 as a rating.. So ill give 1I am referring to the branch in Corfu Town GR, its a courier company that just wont deliver, you just have to go by your self drive approx 40min outside the town center and stand in a long queue under the hot summer sun to pick up your order *which of course have paid to be delivered to you.. 6 Days and counting till I get my order

Not only they never answer to your phone calls, but even worse, if you are unfortunate to be away on holidays and you cannot receive your package in a weeks time, they send it back to China. I even went to their local store and their representative told me that not even him can talk to them on the phone. The most frustrating is that I was waiting on the call line for half an hour and they suddenly hang up the line.

Shi..ty service. Every time the same story (this is the third time in a short period..): "Item not delivered for "inaccesible area". My house lies just on a 4 meters wide asphalted road, and my name is clearly indicated on the gate, that also has the street number. There are no nuclear explosions, flooding,invasion of locusts or any other biblical catastrophe ongoing that may justify this. Only the laziness of their delivery clerks, that are the only ones that find difficulties in finding my house. Together with ELTA (another shi...ty company..). Hope them both go out of the market and their employees lose their job (and their salary). .

Absolutely terrible business! Their system has been up and down (mostly down) for almost a week now. I've had several parcels lost due to this and no one wants to take accountability. Even when their digital infrastructure isn't shitting itself, these guys need 10+ days to deliver a package to Cyprus from Greece.Might as well use the Chinese Postage.
