   I had recently been contacted to start an online business with this company providing websupport and personal coaching. When I went to use my credit card it kicked it back saying they had trouble with this company before and would not fund the transaction. The CEO or owner of the company called me personally and talked me into using another card and that worked. He was questioning the card I used and said he never heard of them. Anyway, they helped me set up an business and coached me on the various nuances of the business. When it came time to talk about marketing they wanted me to invest more money. I was going through a hard time and didnt have the extra money. So long story short, website never went live haven't heard from anyone until I asked for a refund. They offered me 20% of the amount I invested and said that was all I would get. So, stay away from Accelecommerce.net.

      Ray, I'm going through it with them now. One year ago, it was late, I was tired and made that call that I now regret. They have to be in on some type of deal with American Express. They got me approved for 2 cards that night so they could charge the cost for the program. They also charged the other card for the marketing. I still pay them $99.99 per month for marketing. There's nothing on facebook, twitter, instagram or pintrest that they set up months ago. I'm ready to call them myself and find out what is going on or try to get my money back. My site has been live since February and nothing.

   Accelecommerce.net makes false claims to lure you into there web of money scam after money scam. Do not do business with these people as you will lose your shirt.

      Same here, I was duped. I'm checking with ClassAction.org to see if I can get my money back. My site went live and 80% of Doba products are OUT OF STOCK. I want the nightmare to just go away and get my money back.

   This company deploys pressure tactics to lure you into paying money for a system as they attempt to vet you through a long screening process before transferring you to the director. Once on the phone with the director, this person talks over talks you to get his point across, and avoids providing a detailed answers to critical questions. The conversation with the director was totally unprofessional the so called director became upset and began to criticize me about my failures in the online environment following my request for providing me testimonies from their members. Please do your research and stay away from this company and high- pressure tactics which is most likely a scam.

      I believe I have been scammed! I paid out $12,500 on April 18, 2023 for this deceitful digital marketing company. Then KREATIVE called and wanted $11,000 for marketing - I refused! My site finally went "live" in Sept. 2023. They used Doba ($128 per qtr,) as a supplier and 80% of my products are OUT OF STOCK! I checked with my web site administrator and he went on about how I could change the out of stock amount by putting in a bogus number and it might work or it might not work. What??? Then it was suggested that I change my niche and that the 2nd niche would cost money! I was not told this in the beginning. This is no way to run a digital marketing site! Then I was told that I would need to send Purchase Orders to the buyer, a Tracking Number, and then a Thank You note all of which takes a lot of time and effort. I already had to change the "Catagory" on 1200 products which took 3 days. They haven't gotten to the part about what I have to do when products are broken, not shipped and have to be returned, etc. They talk a great game in the beginning about how easy it is and you just sit back and collect money. But once your site is live, I see nothing but more money and a nightmare. I had already asked for a refund early on (within a week) and was told they would refund $2K. I felt I was stuck w/this Web site and I have hated it since the beginning. I am 74 yrs. old and feel they have taken advantage of me. Do I have any recourse? I have read other complaints and thoughts of a Class Action lawsuit. Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.

      I'm checking with ClassAction.org to see if I can file a lawsuit against AccelEcommerce. I feel I have been duped! My web site just went live and 80% of my Doba products are OUT OF STOCK! Now I will have to deal with Doba also. It's been a nightmare and I havn't had 1 sale yet and it's no wonder....

   My story is very similar to all of you who dealt with AccelEcommerce aka Warrior and how destructive these people are. Same as you, I was coerced by a very confident woman that “hyped up” this opportunity and then connected to the director that did his own song and dance. He offered me a Gold Website Package for $8,500 to begin and 4 days later a $15,000 fee to cover the cost of a marketing coach. At the time, I was excited to start a business and felt if I worked hard enough I would earn enough to cover this outrageous cost. The training was absolutely nothing to brag about. First, I had shipping training with a person that simply read through the manual with no hands on. My business was set up with the marketing team complete with the products I should sell (many were out of stock). Then I was connected to a trainer for a monthly 30 minute training. She did in fact walk me through all of the marketing steps, but really was not 100% present (told me what to do as she put herself on hold). The scheduled 30 minute timeframe was more like 20 minutes as she was 5 minutes late, then wrapped 5 minutes earlier. This commitment began in August of 2023 and I completed the training in November of 2025. We parted ways and she assured me I could call her with any questions, etc. About 1 month later, I logged in to the business folder she had created with essential steps to complete posts, reels, facebook, twitter Doba, more shipping training etc. to continue working on the business. The folder was destroyed. I was able to find some of the files, but did not know how to bring them all together since she set it up. I attempted to fix on my own, but decided to contact her for assistance. It almost seemed sabotaged as nothing like this happened during training. Contacted her via voicemail for assistance, with no response, so I decided to trash the business. In addition, after completing the training, I would still be charged $99.99 per month through American Express, even though I reached out for help. That is when I decided to end the relationship. The total of this disaster was $23,000 plus the ongoing monthly charge of $99.99 through American Express. Hard lesson learned.
