Is above9.travel Legit?

I had to leave a voice mail of my travel requests due to time zone differences. The representative understood it completely, verified the information and supplied a preliminary booking within minutes. Once I confirmed, he processed the booking with invoice. He followed up with insurance information. It was easy peasy for me!

Travel Consultant Luis Smith was so helpful from start to finish and did everything in his power to accommodate our traveller's ever-changing schedule. He also got back to me straight away on my initial enquiry and was available at all times of the day, night and weekend to respond to my scheduling requests. Sylvester was easy to work with. Even with me requesting different options he got back to me right away, He presented me with an offer that I liked and the booking was easy as well.

The agent won’t call me back. I was told I could change. That was a lie. I paid $9000 and they will only credit $200. Because the agent didn’t answer 5 phone call and 7 emails, I’m stuck and missed the deadline that I knew nothing about. The main number will not help either.

Anthony Enzo is my agent who booked my airline tickets to India by business class. He was very helpful in finding the suitable dates with least number of stopovers and fairly good price. I definitely recommend him and the Above 9 travel agency. I was skeptical about the agency as lots of fraud going on. I did my due diligence before I bought my tickets. I was little concerned till I got my E tickets.

This company is stellar. I highly recommend them. They handled an emergency where I had to come home early and get whole new flight, from Italy to US, Raz was so helpful got great flight at a great price, which I was not expecting. Above 9 every time for me!
