I am thrilled to write a review because both the service and technician were first class. From someone answering the phone (as opposed to being dropped into voicemail), to the follow-up pre, during and after my visit, I was really impressed. They call when they say they will call, show up when expected and give you the truth. Random selection but I was pleased and would recommend them again as again.

The quick response, competence and reasonable fees ABC charges are a model of what customer loyalty is built on. When calling for service it is never a good day but these folk make it as easy as humanly possible. $200 per hour for labor?!!!! The service was excellent. The technician was on time and knew how to replace the old automatic garage door opener very well. The service charge is the reason for only 3 stars. I was told the price in advance and thought it was fair for an afternoon of work. When he was done in less than two hours, I realized that I was paying $200 per hour for labor! I was a fool not to get other estimates in advance. My advice: don't repeat my mistake.

Technician arrived at the specified time, quickly diagnosed the two problems with our garage door. Door fixed within 30’ and works again like new.Technician was most courteous and friendly.Highly recommended.

Technician knew what he was doing. Gave the possible needs starting from the less expensive up to the most as a good doctor would do.. He started with the least and it proved to be the problem. That was replacing the door sensors only. Courteous and positive in attitude.

Found these guys from best of Howard county book. Quick to set up a consult and they were able to repair a large spring that broke in my single door system. Only small issue is that it’s been about 10 days and my payment check still hasn’t posted. Not a dealbreaker but an anomaly nonetheless. Will have them back to do a full door and system replacement down the road

My garage door was not opening. I called at 8 am and had a technician there by 10:45! It ended up being a broken spring. Door completely working before noon. The technician was polite and diligent. Would definitely call again!

Spammed me with review requests after showing up late and overcharging.They say the price is the price: why not publish your prices then? Because of course the price changes based on how much they can squeeze out of people. I ended up with price about $10 higher than what I was quoted and then found the old rollers on my garage floor later.

I made a same-day appointment. The technician arrived on time and had an immense knowledge about garage doors. He actually knew the type of door I had (“I’ve put in 50 million doors over the years.”)!He assessed immediately that the spring broke because it was the wrong size for such a heavy door, as were the cables. I don’t think he was here an hour. Gave me a really good education on the mechanics of the springs and cables, and care institutions. Worth every penny. I’d like to add that Dominique was very patient with me in the phone and quoted prices to me. She was very pleasant and kind.
