I love my dress and would definitly order again. I had a little bit of stress about the dress arriving on time but Juhi was always super helpful and she made sure my dress would arrive on time. My questions were always answered immediatly and nothing was too much to ask. Would definitly order again and recommened it to everyone. Thank you Juhi!

From the moment we entered the boutique, Shivani was an absolute star. Beyond being highly knowledgeable and organised, she was perceptive, detail oriented, and considerate. Shivani went out of her way to tend to, not only me, but also my parents and sister as she guided us through all three floors of wonderful clothing, jewellery, and accessories. With her kind help, we have purchased two beautiful lehengas and are now eagerly waiting their arrival. I ordered three items via the customer service of Aashni & Co. Juhi was dealing with my request. She was prompt and efficient and ensured all my requests were looked after. She kept me updated and was an excellent conjugate between me and the designers.

Shopping at Aashni+co was an amazing experience. I was hesitant about shopping online as i was not sure about the sizes. I contacted them via WhatsApp and Rutu helped me with sizing and also she arranged a trial for me so i can check the fittings . And they worked out so well for me. Ordered an outfit for a wedding based on the estimated delivery advised also allowing extra time but the outfit is well over the expected date. It still hasn’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails Kamlesh responded the first time but after that no responses also no refunds provided.

Im glad that I went with Aashni and co for my bridal lehenga. I had an amazing experience with Rutu throughout the entire process. She was kind while answering all my questions and never forced me to place an order unlike the other companies I chatted with in India. Once I had decided which lehenga I was going with, I was confused on how to measure myself. Rutu went above and beyond in getting the right measurements on video call - it gave me so much peace of mind that she was there while I did my measurements. She reviewed the measurements throughly and caught a mistake. Throughout the process she kept me posted on the status of the lehenga. She was so kind and professional. The lehenga arrived within 2 days of shipping from India to California. I’m very impressed with the fitting and the quality. It fits like a glove. I couldn’t love it more

I ordered my wedding dress customized with amendment. Received the dress with a wow quality in the expected date.Loved it more than online photo.Customer service Rashi helped me with the measurements maybe he was patient for two week to have the correct measurements and the dress fit my body crazily. I highly recommend this company. Ordered 2 outfits with international shipping. The outfits looked just as they did in the pictures online. They are well made and fabrics are great. The customer service was responsive and very helpful. I was worried the outfits would not arrive in time for a wedding but everything was fine and they even arrived slightly early in beautiful wrapping.

Exceptional service from the team at Aashni & Co. I requested for an item to be delivered earlier than estimated. They team were super helpful and I received my item ahead of time packed beautifully. They provided an update at every stage from purchase onwards.I would highly recommend them!

Let's be clear - they have beautiful designer fashions on their website. It's definitely the real thing. But beware - when the item states "in stock," it simply means that they have access to the designer and that the item will be made to order, even if it's standard size. If you are not aware of this important fact, you could be stuck waiting for weeks if not months, and miss your event deadline. I had to cancel my order and get refunded by my credit card. Since it was a US card, it was no problem (believe me, the card company agrees with what "in stock" means) but this is a very confusing statement on their entire website, and there is no explanation unless you contact customer care.

The customer service team at Aashni + Co have been nothing but extremely fantastic. I was flying out of the country before the delivery date. The team got in touch with the designer and delivered my outfit right on time for me. They’ve been really understanding and patient. I highly recommend Aashni + Co. Thank you all once again.
