Je mets 5 étoiles parce que le service client est vraiment top : mon colis avait été noté "livré en boîte aux lettres" mais ma boîte aux lettres était vide quand j'ai regardé. La Poste n'a pas été capable de retrouver mon colis. J'ai donc contacté 9e-store pour leur signaler, et ils m'ont réexpédié le colis rapidement avec remise contre signature afin que je sois sûr de le récupérer. Je viens de le recevoir et suis très content !
Délais d'expédition lunaire... Affreusement long. Je veux bien soutenir les librairies mais il faudrait aussi penser à respecter les délais d'expéditions ... En passant par d'autres sites et librairies c'est bien plus rapide... Si j'avais su j'aurais commandé ailleurs... En gros si vous voulez une réception rapide choisissez un autre site. Si vous voulez soutenir le shop de Kana Urban commandez ici...
j'ai acheter une livre chez eu en croyants a leur serieux , j'ai vite dechanté , premierement le delais etait long 1 mois pour le traitement de ma commande, ils me previenne qu'il demenage , bon ok sa arrive c'est normal que ce soit compliqué a ce moment la, suite au statue de ma commande qui m'indique commande traité rien pas d'envoie.... je leur envoie un mail, et la ils me reponde que le livre n'est plus disponilble....; j'ai poirauté 1 mois et demi pour rien, et evidement pendant ce temps le livre est devenue indisponible null part.... la pauvre commercial sembler perdu confondu en excuse mais bon du coup moi ce livre je ne trouve aucun moyen de mettre la main dessus... je pense qu'il y a de grosse lacun professionel chez eux , donc 1 mois et demi d'attente pour rien et je pense que si j'avais pas envoyer le mail j'attendrais encore. je trouve beaucoup de vendeur en ligne amateur ayant plus de conscience pro que eux... je ne recommande pas.
Je viens de passer commande pour un cadeau à mon filleul avec livraison d'une BD à son domicile pour son anniversaire qui a lieu semaine prochaine. après avoir passé la commande, j'ai reçu le message suivant : " Merci pour votre commande Agnès !Nous changeons d'entrepôt pour passer de Belgique en France. Les commandes de mi-mai commencent à être expédiées. Pour les commandes passées après cette date, encore un peu de patience. Nous vous tenons informés dans nos prochaines newsletters." Vu ce message, j'ai peu d'espoir que la bd arrive dans les temps. J'aurai apprécié d'être prévenue des longs délais AVANT de passer ma commande.
Je vis en France, j'ai acheté deux affiches avec des dédicaces originales de l'auteur et non des "photocopies" de sa signature ! Le tout est arrivé vraiment bien protégé, très rapidement, malgré les mouvements de grève en Belgique, et les jours fériés en France !Le service client est top et réactif !Merci à vous ! ^^
Délai un peu long, mais envoi soigné, livre en parfait état et service client au top ! Seul petit reproche, on ne sait pas si les articles sont en stock ou non sur le site.
