Is 999club.com Legit?

I've been waiting for my package to be shipped since July( Order #JW7260419),220 euros worth of hoodies and still nothing. At first they responded to me with excuses that they would send them in a week but by repeating it over and over again they stopped responding. I'm already taking legal action to report these people before I lose my money permanently. Not recommended

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Ordered in June. No merchandise and response emails are vague and full of excuses. This is ridiculous. I would advise everyone to not order from here.

I ordered a hoodie from this site over three months ago (Order #JW7268819). Despite reaching out to them multiple times through email, the pop-up chat on their website, and even Instagram, I've received no response for the last three weeks of writing to them. Originally, they did respond when I contacted them within the 2-month waiting period, but now, after it they dont respond to anything. After three months, I still haven’t received my order, it wasn't even shipped yet and i received 0 updates about my order. Extreme lack of communication. I expected better service and reliability – at the very least i hope for a response and an update on my order or a full refund.

Overall i made 2 orders.On the first order a weird hoodie that hasnt even something to do with juice wrld arrived, which was very low quality and probably some china stuff..The support didnt give a singe f and offered no reship.I was like well ok, i really want those shirts so i was actually dumb enough to order two more shirtsAfter waiting for 7 monts for the 2 new shirts getting shipped or the support at least replying, I again wrote support, they replied with some goof a copy paste text, that their product takes that long to produce (yeah sure t-shirt takes 7 month to produce....) even though on the product page it says its directly ready to ship.I wrote the support one final time and they basically told me to f off, and have fun doing something legally from the EU.Bro putthing Juice´s Wrlds name to shame like that and scamming his fans is just so evil. But his management always were money hungry devils that only cared about the money he made.They even tried to delete my review multiple times.IF YOU ARE FROM EU, OR GENERALLY NOT USA, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.AND IF YOURE FROM THE USA SUE THE SHIT OUT OF THEM.

Scammers!!!!!! do not buy. I’m not even mad, I just don’t want them to scam more people.

It's been over 10 weeks since I ordered a single shirt. Despite this, I haven't received any information on my order. It's insane how quiet the customer service has been given how many times I've reached out. At this point, I'm fine with a refund. I just want SOMETHING to come from this $50+ purchase of a single shirt.

By Far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life bar none… Ordered 3 items June 30 and still haven’t even received so much as a tracking number… Customer support is a joke as it takes over a week and they always have excuses with no answers…. Definitely a scam … DO NOT BUY from them… They’re doing juice wrld so dirty by stealing peoples money in his name …

999 Club has been the worst by far in terms of customer service( quality of clothes is really that good either). Only thing I can say they know how to do correctly are their shorts and hoodies either than that everything has been trash. Shipping and updating has been a pain in my ass. I bought a hoodie and 3 pairs of shorts total coming out to like $190( back in April 20, 2024). Still nothing and they seem to ignore my messages on Instagram but have time to respond to me saying 999! Terrible company do not buy from them

It is been 5 months with little to no response from their support team. I spent around 400 CAD dollars on a birthday gift and some things for myself and haven't received an ETA yet after 5 months. They sent me an email once saying someone would contact me and to this day I'm still waiting. I am starting to think I got scammed and if so I'll have to proceed with BBB or another legal way to make this right.PS: #JW7209979

We ordered more than a month ago for 248 euros. We didn't receive any confirmation, no answer to our complaint (they said they would answer within 7 days but no reaction) and no follow-up whatsoever. Reading all these reviews here, I fear it's a scam. I feel so stupid for not verifying this in advance ...

Order never receivedI ordered on April 16, 2024 and since today no follow-up of delivery, after several emails only one answer saying that they have delay and that I will soon receive the parcel.Today 01.07.2024 still no follow-up on the delivery.I'm a bit surprised because I've already ordered and received it in maximum 1 month and I'm from Switzerland.I am very disappointed with a merch like Juice wrld which does not give value to the FAN.:(

I purchased $195 worth of merchandise November 27th of 2023, I was told the items were handmade and taking longer than normal after the items hadn't arrived within 8 weeks. I continued to follow upand received the same story about being made per order etc. Finally about a month ago they finally told me those items aren't being made and offered replacements that didn't work for us or even total the amount I spent. My son and I found replacement items and they reached back out about sizes and then I have not heard from them since. That was in April and I have emailed them 5 more times since without a response. How is this website even allowed to stay in business when they steal from customers?

just letting any future buyers know , these fucķ!ng c*nts take 9 months to process your order and when you ask for a refund bc you’ve found the EXACT SAME ITEM for £95 instead of £200 on the ksubi website and it comes within two days why the fook would i not get a refund when in your policy took over 4-8 weeks and i STILL DONT HAVE THE ORDER , i want a refund bc your company is sh!t and every other person has complained aswell , close the shop down or make critical changes. also when a store reply’s to a review you can’t comment back , usually 999 club are rude and ignorant to their customers , i would not buy something from this company ever. they refuse refunds (even when they’re in the wrong) they take 9 months to fkin ship a £200 order , i ordered in february 16th it’s august 30th rn , i do not want this order i already have it. i want a refund and my money back from ur god awful website , claiming to not give refunds due to print orders yet ksubi was selling it aswell for cheaper 🤣🤣😂😂 SAME PRODUCT , i want a refund or small claims court it is

Order #JW7178719 placed January 13 hasn’t been shipped. Email goes unanswered. Asked for refund but they wanted to replace one item (a beanie) with something of their choosing. There was a hoodie included in this order and they haven’t sent it either. 200 bucks down the drain and a very disappointed son who loves this artist.

I am waiting more then 60 days for this and they always reply with the same message at their instagram they tell me to send my order number i send it and they keep telling me the same thing without answer also at route they tell me that i havent ordered something with my email it doesn’t make any sense i spend 400 $ on this i just wish this could arrive to me…….

I would rate (0) if it allowed. This company lies about expedited shipping and still charges customers. When confronted with their policy being bogus their support is rude. You are better off buying cheaper knock offs on EBAY than dealing with these crooks.

Ordered 1 sweatshirt for Christmas on Nov 25. When we received confirmation of 3 sweatshirts ordered, we contacted them within 2 hours of placing order to cancel. Customer service told us it was too late to cancel, and all orders were personalized so they wouldn’t cancel. It is Jan 27, 9 weeks after order was placed, and we still haven’t received merchandise. This company is TRASH!!

Couldnt Be Happier, placed an order then saw all the bad reviews slightly panicked i was going to ask for a refund. However after a very quick response from their team i decided to leave the order and wait, products have come to the U.k in good time, no customs charges, well packaged and great quality products! Will be a returning customer

Please do not order from this company. They gave me a time it will be shipped (4-6 weeks!!) but they actually just raised a shipping label so it looked like they were doing it in the time frame specified. But the item has never been shipped and they send emails dancing around the subject and never answer the question. 2 months later still no item. Just the most dreadful unorganised and unprofessional “company”.

if i could give zero stars i would. they lie about processing and shipping times. they wont reply to emails or requests to cancel an order. wont refund money. just another garbage website with poor quality and horrible customer service
