I got my Genshin Impact primogems recharge from them and after 1 week, my primos got deducted. They choose to ignore all my support request

I don't know why some people hate the site especially those who bought genshin accounts and say they never got the right account. Yeah I know it can be a little confusing on the procedure, but u have to look at which server the account is before u buy it coz that is gonna be alot of hassle later on. I made the same mistake and thought I was scammed till I changed to the right server and received my 30 draws. Honestly this site is the cheapest I've seen and it has some of the best on net help , definitely 5 stars.

The first purchases I made were spot on, no stress, no hassle. 5mmo is a great site, 100% trusted no cap. I've seen some reviews before buying, they said it's a total scam. I'm here proofing that I just bought 7560 r6 credits, delivered within 2 hours. My account is still safe after 2 days, the CS is proactive, i like them.

I bought a SC2 announcer, but they told me that my payment was unsuccessful and that I need to apply for personal identification providing them my PayPal account screenshots with sensitive information. After a purchase i made from the website, I received an email asking for my personal information (ID, card, etc) to complete the first order. This is something that they should inform their clients before the purchase because its against the GDPR law.I bet even if i verify my personal information i will still dont get the service.They are frauds dont buy from them or you will lose your money

Legit, seems sketchy but is legit. Customer support is very good. Had some problems with recieving at first but contacting customer support everything fixed it

This is my 4’th time buying off of 5mmo. I’ve eve bought like 5000 gold from them for fast flying mount. Honestly, I wouldn’t stop shopping with 5mmo even if 1000 gold was 2$ cheaper somewhere else, because 5mmo is good to their customers, I’ve never had to wait all day for a simple gold exchange. Trust me. Shop with 5mmo, you’ll be glad you did, cuz I am.

genshin accounts were legit, have bought over 20 products from them and only 1 was faulty - I had to contact customer service and they provided me another account as compensation. customer service was quick (or maybe I was just lucky) and overall, products are still legit as of 12/11

I'll be honest...I'm so hooked on this site now...customer service is on point...was skeptical at first but official...wish they had some of my other games but I'm a regular already

Great products comes with the character you want but only issue is that the chosen avatar gender tends to be the opposite you want, but overall you get what it says.
