4 Eyes Optical were prompt with replying to my questions and delivered on time. My sunglasses came back with the perfect prescription and I'm ready for summer.Other providers couldn't match their price.

Great company, fast, efficient and friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. Half the price of any other retail reglazing. Quick to respond to email queries. Wouldnt use any other optical dispensers. Leah and Gene are the bomb!

I realised I made a mistake when I placed my first order so I called and it was fixed for me straight away. I received my order 2 weeks after placing it and the lenses were perfect using my own frames. I have recently had cataract surgery and my prescription changed so I have more excellent frames to get new lenses in. Reading and Sunglasses. I’ll be getting them all here.

This was a reglaze with different prescription using my existing frames. The frames were looked after perfectly during fitting of new lenses. Prescription and Transitions tint was spot on. Process took a little longer due to having to ship frame to 4EyesOptical first. Highly recommend their service. Would give 5 stars if they provided “live” tracking of order. 👍😎

Impeccable service. I knew I was in excellent hands when Gene called me directly to explain that I had ordered a feature that came with another feature I had ordered, so I could have a refund. I asked for a credit instead and Leah quickly sent me a code for my next order. And there will be a next order as the two sets of glasses I sent were perfectly reglazed and, as other people have mentioned, scrupulously clean, upon receiving them back. The cost is highly competitive with other organisations providing this service and I felt the difference of dealing personally with a small business versus the abyss of a large organisation. Affordable. Well crafted. It allows me to refit my existing frames with a new script. Saving me money and not being forced into purchasing new frames while keeping my script up to date. And to finish, 4 Eyes Optical provide great service and always keep you up to date with the process.

My questions about the process were answered efficiently. It could not have gone more smoothly, and to be able to reuse my as new designer frames rather than have to ditch them was an added bonus. The quality is great. I could not have asked for better service.

Great service at reasonable priceI wanted a favourite pair a glasses re-glazed with a new script. Process was easy and prompt to send - only experienced a little glitch with website uploading prescription, but communication to rectify was simple. 'New' glasses are great!

Just got my glasses back and they're fantastic!!! I loved my Valentino frames, but over the years the lenses got scuffed and damaged, so I'm really pleased that 4 Eyes Optical were able to replace the lenses for a very reasonable price!! Will definitely be using them again!!

There was a highly destructive cyclone, huge quantities of torrential rain lasting for many days with consequent widespread flooding and damage to roads, bridges and closing of airports, disruption to power and communities cut off and isolated but Leah and Gene still managed to ensure they provided the excellent service they are renown for.My wife's reglazed glasses were returned with a minimum of delay with new multifocal lenses precisely fitted to her prescription that with adjustments personally suggested by Gene to give her renewed clear vision that she has missed for some time.We are both very grateful that we can depend on the very economical and professional service given by 4 EYES OPTICAL. Gene and Leah are very experienced and when I had any questions or incorrectly ordered online they were quick to respond. Provided very concise and yo the point information. I isuslly order multifocal glasses that are very expensive in typical Optometrist however their pricing, service, professionalism and a quick turn around is my place to go.
