Is 44boardshop.com Legit?

They accept the purchase before they have confirmed the availability of the product. Terrible shi*.Never again!!

Another one of those obscure online shops I tripped over who had an item I had been looking for for a while. Reasonable prices/shipping charges. A bit slow in fulfillment, but they provide regular email updates about whether you order is in their fulfillment/delivery process. Once your order is out the door, delivery is lightning fast! Three days from their warehouse in Spain to my closet in northern Israel. Would purchase from this shop again.

Received my order and items are perfect (thankfully) - it just took weeks and weeks (over six weeks) to get them - appreciate Christmas came into the mix but I ordered on 25/11/23 and only received them today - 8/1/24. Communication was not great - I had to escalate to PayPal to get them to pursue the courier for where my parcel was. Do shop there but perhaps use a third party service like PayPal to guarantee you can get your money back. 44BS - up your courier/ fulfilment game and you won't get these poor reviews!

Made order and never received confirmation of shipping after 3 weeks. I then looked at the Trustpilot reviews - I made a claim through Paypal and advised 44 Board Shop. I received my money back the next day and a written communication from Vanessa at 44Board. I am so glad I paid by Paypal.

Seems like a legit shop, but be prepared to wait a long time for delivery. I placed an order on 03/11/2023 and it only arrived at their shipping warehouse on 14/11/2023. I ended up canceling my order as I needed the order sooner. It is difficult to communicate with this shop, I've called multiple times with no answer.

I asked for an Antora Golden Jacket by TNF and received it in excellent shape! I ordered the product and shortly after looked at the 44boardshop reviews and was completely scared by them, thought I got screwed over, but after a week and a half I got what I paid for, if you're in a similar situation, calm down, you'll get what you asked for :)

I got screwed like many... More than two weeks later, I still haven't received my order. The usual shot as you can all see from the different reviews, an eternal restart. I have a feeling that they are going to do the blow they do to me a lot : "item no longer in stock" or "stolen/lost package". Instead of making excuses for yourself, please find solutions. On these google reviews, you spend your time apologizing for "the inconvenience caused", always the same song but nothing changes, you should rather think about questioning yourself because many people are complaining about your very dubious services. Be a little human, there are people behind these orders. Don't scam people for allowing you to eat

Do not trust this company - all items I have ordered were marked as on stock, and should have been delivered withing 3-5 business days, that turned into more than 2 weeks of waiting, since magically everything had to be delivered from suppliers and items were no longer on stock. Very sketchy strategy, I had to travel without the trekking shoes I have ordered.

Fantastic service, ordered a new H/H jacket (Helly hansen w odin mountain 3l shell jacke nightshade) for my girlfriend monday 21th july 2021, the jacket arrived the next day with DHL Express. I live in Norway, so that's impressive. The jacket was 50% off.Due to bad reviews I contacted 44boarsdshop customer service, to see if the jacket was available, they only had 1 jacket in size small, the size we wante. I choose Klarna (Pay later) on checkout.Use Paypal or Klarna (pay later) if you have doubts, they will assist you if there are any problems.

I ordered a NorthFace coat on line the order was confirmed and paid for. I immediately received another email to say this item was no longer in stock.Hours later another email to say item was being prepared in the warehouse.To clarify the matterI rang the advertised Spanish telephone number and was unable to be connected.I rang the UK number he did not want my order number as he couldn't give me any details for security reasons?I immediately contacted Paypal who arranged a full refund.Days later I received a phone call from Spain offering me the coat at a discounted price which I declined.

Terrible experience, they take your money and then never hear from them again. I purchased a jumper and still haven't heard a thing from them since. I've tried emailing, calling and messaging on their Whatsapp and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dont trust 44 Board Shop. They are scammers. They advertise items as in stock, then after payment they come back to say they're out of stock but suggest alternatives. Expect to be using PayPal or credit card to get a refund from them....

Great value product. Excellent communication from point of ordering. Parcel was traceable via courier throughout. Received in perfect condition 7 days from placing order. Great service, would definitely use again having been initially been concerned by the negative reviews which I did not see until after I ordered.

Excellent all round, item arrived in a week, which is fast from Spain to uk these days, great price and tracking was provided for whole time until delivery.

Very poor, you may get lucky but you take a chance when you buy something off them. I ordered a product at the end of November and never received a confirmation. I called them 3 times and each time told they would get back to me and they never did. I emailed them twice and no reply. Never had anything from them in the way of delivery information. I cancelled the order and then it got delivered in the middle of December by which time I had ordered another from a reliable company and then going through all the rigmaroll of sorting that out. Taken huge amount of my time.

I ordered a Patagonia jacket and it was dispatched within 24 hours with tracking, and arrived a week later (not bad considering it came from Spain)! The item was over £100 cheaper than anywhere else and with the many negative trustpilot reviews I was a bit unsure but I decided to take the risk and paid using paypal just in case, but everything worked out smoothly and I am so happy I went for it. The jacket is legit and arrived in perfect brand new condition. Looking at the other reviews on here I may have just gotten lucky but I would definitely be confident and happy to buy from this company again.

I bought some beautiful volcome sandals . I was worried, that they arrive before i leave on my vaccation. I wrote to the customer service of 44 Board Shop and they where super friendly and amazing. With their help and support my flipflops could make it on time, so i can walk with them on the beach! :) great company lovely customer service!! Top!! Thank you

If I could give less than one star I would do for sure. Lied to twice, two different customer service workers giving two different excuses as to why my order hasn’t yet been packaged or anywhere near close to being dispatched 2 weeks after ordering. Item said in stock, I was assured that I would be given a link to track my order in the next 2 days, no link, no communication, no shoes, rubbish rubbish company, avoid them if you’re reading this please avoid. I got a refund, so thankfully they weren’t too slow to give my money back, they are slow to communicate and just badly run business, most likely taking peoples money and watching the interest of their bank accounts increase whilst giving out empty promises, con artists

I ordered a Patagonia better sweater for my son's birthday. I was a bit worried to begin with as I hadn't realized I was not ordering from a UK web site. However after contacting 44boardshop via Paypal the customer service department contacted me straight away and the service they offered was fab. My item arrived as advertised and in perfect condition, my son was very happy. I would order from this company again.

Ordered a jacket off them. They allowed the purchase and took the money. But were very much aware they didn't have it in stock. However they claimed they were not....but still didn't not take the product off the website. So it was possible for other customers to still attempt to buy it and for other customers to ultimately have to chase for refunds.
