Is 4321property.com Legit?

It's my first search for properties in Spain and so far you're the only ones that have sent something through promptly. I'll be searching other areas in the south east regions for properties. We're looking for something more modern with very little work to be done on it. Many thanks.

Your site is good. Although I couldn't get to the end result because it went on facebook. I just wanted to know if a property was still for sale. Hey, I still don't know.

I like your large coverage of the country (Spain). It would be even more interesting if you could include the different monthly or yearly expenses/ taxes ( condo fees, municipal taxes …). Some properties can do with more pictures! Only advertise the available properties if possible ;) Thanks

Well, first of all the name of 4321 is actually easy to write and remember! The audience will expect that her/ his property will be sold in 4 seconds by counting reverse from 4 to 1 !Therefore, it is attractive to be as one of the sellers!In addition, the process of registration is cool and the company feedback is absolutely amazing!I strongly suggest this site for every land sellers as well as land buyers to get match each other and to be useful for themselves!

I like looking at all of the properties as they were good with the rental prices but the locations were excellent as well. It was nice to see such well to do properties all on the website. The interior decor was also very eye catching . Well to Do City centre , places near St Paul's, Marylebone , Kensington and Chelsea.This was lavish properties with Great Locations

It's a user-friendly website and very easy and quick to upload. Your property is even added to Facebook, Twitter and many other social networks! This is unbelievable!! They promote your property to the genuine buyers from all over the world. I couldn't ask more from a property site.

International real estate sales was like a dream to me. I thought I could never make a contact with a firm advertising the whole world. I tried to contact a few firms on the Net. They either wanted a lot of money, or they had restrictions about the property and the country where you come from. Then I met 4321property. Pretty useless as a 'free' platform, unless you and interested parties both subscribe to 'Gold' package, you can't contact each other!

The way of introducing my property was very simple and easy and takes just a few minutes to complete.Also, the biggest advantage of this site is social media which nowadays is the world's most powerful marketing tool.

Not very impressed at all. We advertised 2 properties with the Gold Plan and had no enquiries. Where there were ´potential buyers´ to contact, absolutely nothing came of this match. We are not continuing to advertise and will save money for other websites. Such a shame as the premise was promising.

I was shocked to receive feedback from a realtor, it was truly appreciated. Truthfully I don't remember what attracted me to the site or what exactly I was looking for, I am unable to give feedback cause I don't remember the timeframe of my request and your response, nevertheless am impressed about you looking out for me. Started getting inquiries from people within just a few hours. Very fast & very simple to list your property. Would recommend to anyone selling a property but you probably need to be premium to get the most out of it.

Sep20 2022. Need much more in-depth descriptions to stand out from other Guyana real estate sites. Would be helpful to have a contact phone number….otherwise, you are just hoping for a response. Not everyone uses Facebook….mostly older people use it. Email is not convenient for everyone in Guyana. Otherwise, it’s a good start for a website…..downside is no one to call.
