I have an LLC in Delaware. Nothing special. I sent them the certificate of incorporation, the operating agreement and my personal passport. They reject the application and give no explanation or not even ask for clarifications or other documents. So basically, how do you reject a company based on a european union passport and just an operating agreement? based on what? good luck trying to take this business to the level of Wise, Revolut ot Mercury, because with this policies you will never in your life get the respect of the customers, just because you don't respect them.

Cooperated with 3S for about 9 months Evan and Duncan two exceptional guys do their best to help working and replying to you unlike any other FI out there. Only real proof lived EMIs can be better than High Street Banks by being as strict and compliant as any other.

Absolute garbage1) sent an application, ID ,passport, corporate details2) got mixed information about a monthly fee3) was charged for onboarding4) assured that an application is in progress 5) declined based on "risk appetite profile"for me requesting just a one-time transaction of 5000 GBP from the UAE to the UK. Doesnt make any sense. Stay away.PS following the reply - Paysend solved that problem in a matter of minutes - completely.

3s has for me been a really good experience. They understand you and your needs. I don't know if it's only mine client managers (Duncan & Noreen) who are so quick and fast to reply, to research whatever requested or if they are all like that. But I really appreciate a quick and easy access to a client manager. And Noreen are so understandable and polite that u wanna stay at 3s money.

Worst service ever. They keep our account open and continue to send us bills for the account we closed in October 23.They lost our money, it’s been missing since February 23….. and still not found. We can’t recommend this bank to anyone.The Danish department is even worse than the English department.

The one that was assigned to me - Lawrence Mante always goes above and beyond to help me with any questions / inquires that I may have. Very agile and approachable bank. Although everything is online, they still have a London office I can visit. I have a BDM (Jack) who is very proactive and in regular contact to discuss needs for my business and the businesses I introduce. Always willing to listen and take a view as to how they can provide practical solutions. Very pleased so far.
