Ordered one of their 360 photobooths and its been one of the best experiences i have ever had.Their sales representative called Ruby was there for me throughout the process,from product demos through video calls,payment and shipping all the way to Kenya.I received the item yesterday as agreed and i am marveled by the quality of their 360 booths.Quality service,Quality products!

I was totally surprised in dealing with an overseas company would be so pleasant. Since the first communication with Luna until the end and beyond was great. This company is wonderful and the staff as well. From start to end and the merchandise along with the shipping were fantastic. I will definitely do business with them again.

We had a very unusual use case for their digital signage products, and our order size was small (well, one). But Eric patiently worked with us to show us working example and sent us the installation guide to us. We are definitely impressed with this level of service, in fact we feel kinda sorry of our small order size after all. Anyway great services!!

This printer is definitely not compatible for a photobooth. I've tried every size reached out to fellow booth owners and found the same disagreement. I did a review on the CP1500 and tested the connection on my android phone to print photos. It worked well with the phone, THE CP1500 IS NOT SUITABLE OR COMPATIBLE FOR A PHOTOBOOTH. The frustration of dealing with the issue has caused me to lose interest in the photobooth business completely, I can say customer service was good although they don't know much about their product.

I absolutely love my iPad booth from 360spb, this is my second purchase and it’s been easy both times. Zoey was excellent in helping me with the setup of my iPad Photo Booth. She sent me an instructional video explaining the process of using and she communicated the whole time my machine was in production and shipping. I will definitely continue to use them for my business.

I purchased 3 different photo booths from 360SPB. Summer was in contact with me immediately and helped walk me through the entire process. She kept me updated with the timeline of purchase & shipping and is still available for me whenever I have technical questions regarding the equipment. I heard from the seller immediately after buying the item. He informed me in real time of all steps in the fulfillment process. Once received, I set up the equipment, and it works as well as advertised. All in all, a totally satisfactory transaction.

We're so happy that we worked with Melody with 360 Spin Booth. She was so helpful, and even gave a suggestion when the original casing was wayyyyy too heavy and bulky for SUV transport. Purchasing a 360 Photo Booth can be very stressful, but Rebecca, who assisted me with the purchase was great! She communicated extremely well and answered all my questions.
