I ordered a dress from 27dresses they sent me the wrong color dress and doesn’t look like the picture. The dress looks used. I texted their phone number, called them, and emailed them. They responded twice in their email than ignored me saying it is my fault even the dress does not look like the picture and the color is completely different. I don’t even know what the size is because there was no tags on the dress, quality looks used. I just now seeing all these other reviews and they all had the same experience as me. I lost $200 on this dress that is not what I ordered. How can these people keep getting away with this?? Please don’t order anything from 27dresses website. It is definitely a scam website.

Amazing dress that I got in the mail today. I highly recomend both the dress(2014 New Arrival Elegant Womens Evening Party Gowns V Neck Nude Chiffon Sequined Top Prom Dresses Long BO3389 ) and this website. The color I got was "same as picture" which is a nude/champagne color, just amazing. I took measurments myself, with help of the measurmentguide there. The measurements were correct, the dress fits perfect and I couldn't be more happy with it. The customer service is also extremely good. Way to go 27dress.com!

It is the first time i order dress online from another country and i was a little leary of the looks and color they were to be but when they arrived the were gorgeous and fit perfect. we are all happy with our buys and told lots of friends about new arrivalress and im sure they will be buying there. price is reasonable and always get it custom made that way there s no problems of fitting

Very surprised at the gorgeous color and quality of this dress. I bought it in ivory and silver at two different time for my upcoming wedding. I wound up returning the ivory and then this one came and oh my gosh--way more beautiful than the ivory. I am 5'634;, 130 typically a size 4 and got this in an 8 and it fit perfectly. You will not be disappointed. it is perfect!

All of the positive reviews are bought by the company to make themselves look better. This is a scam company, please do not waste your money, you will not get refunded and the dress either will look disgusting and nothing like the picture or will not come in general. Read the one star reviews to see the REAL reviews. Most of the fake reviews do not even have proper grammar. This company is from China and is probably paying poor workers less than a dollar an hour to make these dresses.

This dress looks charming on the website and when I got it I can only say its surpassed all my expectations! I went by the measurements guide and had my dress customized and it came in perfectly for me. Anyone who know about sewing, the final touches are important. Inside the dress is a covered elastic with bra hooks to secure the strapless dress. Thank you, 27dress.

The shade of green is between a royal and navy color, really beautiful. The quality is quite good for the price of the dress. The lacy fabric is pretty and should work well for vacations as it is virtually wrinkle free, perfect for a dressy look. I ordered a small, but found it to be short-waisted, so I plan to return it and order the medium.

Absolutely fell in love with this dress. I'm 5'5, 140, 34C. A medium fit me perfectly. The dress needs to be hemmed even with heels, but that's an easy fix. The fabric is excellent quality and the lace top feels exactly like a bralette - soft. Honestly might buy this dress again in another color.

The dress arrived quickly, everything its alright. But it doesnt fit properly, also I selected the same color as the picture (gold) and it came rose-gold kind. The color is pretty, but isn’t as expected. Its too expensive for the quality.Be careful if you want to order from this page, there are many people and reviews telling its fishy/scam.

Have just received this item in the mail and its beautiful and well made. It fits my daughter perfectly and is exactly as shown on website. Looking at the making of the dress it is very well made - no cotton left hanging - stitching is very good and all seams is very good. My daughter will wear it to her party next weekend. Absolutely beautiful dress. Bought it for my wedding very glad I read the reviews so I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal. I usually wear a 12ish and I ordered the 14 which fits very well. Very happy overall the dress itself is made well and absolutely beautiful. Great deal for the price

I ordered a dress that did match the tiny color "swatch" on-line but the style looked terrible in the color I ordered, and in fact, looked VERY cheap. It is partly my fault for not checking the return policy but I've never had an issue with returning items I've ordered from other sites. I e-mailed and instant messaged with customer service and both times was repeatedly told it is not their "fault." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied.

Like others have said, I was surprised with my purchase. My dress fitted as expected, I bought a large for the length but a medium would have been good. I am 5'9 and usually wear a medium, but if you're like me who won't be wearing heels a large will give you the perfect length. I will purchase from this seller again. The other reviews helped me alot. Keep it up!
