This is a scam. They are trying to get people involvement in investing which is a fraud. They will do everything to keep you on phone and push for immediate deposit in your 'trading account'If you refuse to deposit your money and install their software they will pass your details to other agencies resulting in a flurry of spam calls.

24xforex is one of the best trading websites I have visited. It offers best services to trading guru's and newbie's in the market. It has a super great customer care service out of experience. They respond quickly and politely. If traded correctly I can assure you of profits, but that doesn't make it a get rich fast program, no your investment your profit earned. At first I thought it might be scam since there are so many commodity trading sites but out of experience its a better place to be in the trading industry.

The so called manager Elija Silva who asked me to connect me to anydesk and I agreed to my surprise !!he wanted me to login in to my bank account !!! I was approached by a broker 24xforex with an offer to deposit $250, and we started strading. It was quite successful, they offered then to increase the input, and then again and again. When we reached $6000, their advice on certain deals were an epic failure resulting in losses. But they’ve always mentioned the insurance, so I was calm the losses were protected. BUT To get money back they asked to invest a further $6000 (never mentioned before), which I did and it didn’t help, although previously they guaranteed money back in half an hour. Now they want $9000! Absolute scam! They rip off honest people who believe what they say, they are professional scammers and sound very confident. My advisor was Mark Baum - never ever trust him or anyone from 24xforex, please believe me, this company is FRAUD! FRAUD!! FRAUD!!!!!UPDATED!!As per their below advice we contacted the support- nobody replied back, nobody called us. It is scam!!! FCA has got so many complaints on them already!! I am facing a very strange situation, the trading experience with 24xforex was going great, they called me a couple of times to congratulate me, and check me out, which is very nice. The strange part started when I asked kindly on chat ( 3 days ago), that i want to withdraw a part from my balance . The chat agent said to me that I will be contacted by my manager, but it did not happen, and also did not iven replied me anymore on chat, i have tried on chat without my personal detalies , and they have replied. So the thing is that i lost my deposit and aslo my profits.Stay away from this brokers!!!

I have worked with this company and they are a scam. I put money to trade with them and it was all loses . They refused to let me withdrawal the rest what's left of my money.Just recently I had a phone call from one of their financial advisers and told me they won't accept my withdrawal requests unless I pay them a commission. For all the loses I had and they want a commission???!!!! Long story short, I told them I will give them a commission so I requested another withdrawal and yet nothing from this company. A financial adviser by the name of Elijah Silva called me and said I need to have a big amount of money in my account to be able to use that platform (thousands of money) plus I need to add the account activation fees which I did put. He assure me and also, guarantee me that he can help me get back my money with no issue. So it is pretty starightforward. These guys are out to ruin people! I am surprised how they have any positive reviews at all! I made an initial deposit of £20,000 to trade with. The gains came in nicely and I could see it on my dashboard. Seeing that things were ticking along nicely, I decided to put in a further £420,000 without trying to withdraw any of my gains. Everything looked all right until I decided it was time to make withdrawals. Withdrawing was unimaginably tedious. They requested I submit a few means of identification which I did immediately. They then asked that I pay certain amounts in taxes before the funds could be released to my bank. The requests seemed weird becasue I was paying these "taxes" directly to them and not to the government but I paid them anyway.
