Is 247tvstream.com Legit?

Anytime I have a question about this service whether asking what channel something is on or how to make something work, the people in customer service and the chat are awesome. Today I was there and Gary took care of me in seconds!!!

I’ve had great experiences with both Oliver and Simon. They always take as much time is needed to help with any issues. Great service with the streaming app and great customer service!

Every time I watch something on ESPN there is about a 30-second audio delay on the video. I have reported it several times and have never seen it fixed. I'm getting very tired of trying to watch a game on ESPN when the audio never matches what is going on.My son experienced the same thing and he was told there was a source encryption error on ESPN feed and was directed to a UK ESPN feed that worked just fine. I didn't know about it until 4th quarter of KANSAS-BYU game. The entire local ESPN feed was painful.

Don't purchase this service. I had to pay for it so I could use it. When I didn't like the service, they refused to give me my money back. I am in the process of filing many complaints. I'm hoping my credit card company will give me my money back.

After 2 chats to resolve the issue, Jack Alan, the third chat responder, had the great idea to take a picture of my login which kept reporting invalid password. After reviewing all was correctly input, he added me to the server, which was the problem. (I had just signed up for the service and evidently the signup hadn’t processed yet. He suggested I restart from scratch and I got in with no problem. Give him a raise!

After 3 Live Chat efforts, ROBERTO asked enough questions and identified my problem. Provided 14 steps, with clear instructions and after following them I was successful in resolving my start up problem. Thank you, ROBERTO!

Wow, now I understand why the help for this site is short, contrite and dismissive. Your words began " what went wrong this time" Let me begin by saying I am not sure what happened, hence why I tried to get help from chat. No help just redundency . Now it is not working at all. Exactly as most others have experienced. Signed up for the half price discount, the blackout game would not load on the computer nor phone. After 5 emails to cancel, as stated up to 7 days per their website, of which it's been less than 24 hours, they refuse to refund, and keep replying to cancel request with log in information, ignoring the cancel. I also got sucked into the NFLpass which became 247tvstream, but the billing on my credit card goes to a residential home in Delaware billed by iTech Soft Solutions. All a scam.

I can't say enough about Roberto for his patience and expertise to help me with the task at hand. He's awesome.

The user help and the person named JACK deserves a raise. He determined the problem quickly. However the instructions on the Smart TV use and seriously lacking. Any intelligent person that reads and follows the instructions will find the information lacking. You ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE any symbols in the PW or it wont work. Easy setup on iPhone. Complicated set up on Samsung SmartTV. Roberto was great in the chat - got it to work. Here's a tip - complicated passwords with symbols can be problematic.

“Took my $42 trial fee in August 2021 and never returned it!”

Horrible! A word to the wise is sufficient! 247tvstream took my $42 7-day trial fee in August 2021 and despite countless efforts requesting its return ------ 247TVstream has not returned my $42. I requested my money back before the end of the 7-day trial period------and many times afterwards. 247 Chat guy guaranteed I would get my money back weeks ago -----Still no refund. Billing is a nightmare to deal with. Chat refused to give me the phone number and address of 247TVstream's customer support. I cannot find 247's phone number or address on their website-----neither by checking the WhoIs website. Products used:Tv

“If I could give "No Star" rating I would.”

We signed up to watch Supercross, we did not see one race out of 9 that we did not experience some sort of issue. The problems have been from long tern buffering to non covering of event when CNBC does not cover it live. Race #9 (Daytona) we got 6 seconds of coverage for every 1.5 minutes of actions due to buffering. We then were told that we needed to download google Chrome... after we missed the race. No one had said anything about that prior to signing up with them. Worst program ever!

“Absolute Scam”

I would give ZERO stars if I could. In order to use this service, you have to download a separate portal (not disclosed when signing up.) Customer service only continues to send you your login information and listing the devices that support their portal (url ending in. Ru, I should mention.) They repeatedly tell you that since you have internet access and that their network/apps are running properly, they will not honor requests to cancel your subscription. This service is absolute garbage. DO NOT USE. Tip for consumers:They come up in the top 5 when you search “NFL live stream” and make it look like you’re downloading NFL Pass. Service Quality

“Good Services so far”

I did subscribe last months and so far their services is good. Channels Quality is perfect and the best part of there channels is SD and HD Quality that impressed me. But there is no NZ channels on there list is their bad things. After chat with a representative they assure me they will add Australian channels from October. Lets see.

“Very difficult to use and maintain connections”

In order to connect to site, I have to connect 3 separate times. Then try to find what ur looking for as u mostly just get a channel name or a number (eg TNT2) but not what's playing. Granted there r many of them u have to find it else. Moving around the site causes many issues especially when trying to connect to ur TV. Get a guide and please when I tried to quit twice I wasn't able to. Watching sports on my iPhone pro max 12 is so small that I can't watch it and can't connect it my tv. “Horrible Service, Horrible Website, Don't Honor Their Own Terms and Conditions”

We purchased the subscription in order to watch football. We had a terrible time navigating the site and then no games were available for us to watch and wouldn't be available for weeks still. In order to watch the games we would have had make another purchase which defeated the purchase of getting this one. I requested the subscription be canceled on the same day we made the purchase. Instead of our account being canceled our banking account was charged. The request was made obviously within the 7 days that is required and instead I got kept getting emails about how to trouble shoot and someone asking me why I wanted to cancel when that had already been expressed several times. I have now disputed the charge. This site might be what some are looking for but all of the reviews saying what great customer service they must be bogus reviews. “AWFUL - DO NOT FALL FOR IT!”

The first time I subscribed was good... the second time eh... this last time, NEVER AGAIN. I subscribed for football and I'm NEVER doing this again. I have YET to be able to watch anything through. First, there was a sound issue and I had to download an additional app (SmartPro). Still would stop intermittently with no explanation. I discovered this within 24 hours of subscribing and have emailed at least a dozen times for a refund and they refuse. I even tried to watch another game on a different network... and six minutes in, the service was interrupted and never came back. Asked AGAIN for a refund (at this point I was STILL within 7 days) and was told it had been a sitewide problem that was now fixed. I'm THROUGH with this fake company.

“They cant handle the traffic”

Everything is good with the service, until the football game starts. Then they can't handle the streaming and the chat log fills up so you cant even get support. Look elsewhere.

“Do not waste your money on the company”

I have never been able to wacth anything completly. The channel will just go off and your get "Network error while downloading (NETWORK_ERROR) You can go to another channel and things work fine, but if this comes up, turn off the computor and walk away, as they have lost the signal for that program, and you're wasting your time waiting for it to come back on. “They Are Not Who They Say They Are”

Last night, I wanted to stream NFL preseason games. I searched "watch NFL preseason games" and one of the top results was titled, "Watch NFL Game Live Stream | Watch Every Game, All Season." The website name was nflhdstreamonline.com. I click on it and the page is set up to look like NFL Game Pass right down to the pricing structure. There was a limited time offer to save half on one year. I was so excited, I signed up, used the code and was charged full price right away, despite the code and the advertised 7-day trial period. I immediately started a chat with customer service. It was a ridiculous experience. The agent refused to credit me the half off promised. Instead, he credited me four months. What? Half off comes out to $4.41 a month which is what I signed up for. Giving me an additional four months comes out to $8.33 a month. The customer service agent's response? Ok man I just extended your account extra year Now happy? I logged into my account to see if the agent, Marty Byrde, did give me an extra year before I responded. He did, however, this wasn't NFL Game Pass. I looked up reviews on 247Stream. They weren't bad, but there were some recent reviews specifically regarding not getting a refund. I went back to my chat with Marty Byrde and asked for a full refund. He said I had seven days to decide. I refused. He gave me an email address to request a refund. Do you see a theme here? Refusing to refund any money. I emailed them and no response. I filed a complaint with PayPal. I sent another email to their company email filed with PayPal. No response. I am out a hundred bucks and I'm mad at myself for signing up so quickly because of excitement versus my usually cautious, slower way of purchasing. And I am angry at this scam of a company. I am emailing NFL's corporate office with screen shots of what 247Stream is doing using their product and logo. I'm sure their legal department will be interested. Service Value Returns
