Is 1sale.com Legit?

I received the wrong product but after I contacted them...they sent me the correct product and sent me a return lable for the other one!!

Timely service and product as outlined, would order thru 1 Sale again!

Made my order it was very easy and it didn't take long at all for the shipment to get to my house. Came just as was advertised.

These are a great steal. This is the 2nd quantity of 2 I have purchased. I have one for range use, one for my Recover Tactical Stabilizer equiped Gen4 G19, one for my upgraded Gen2 G19 and I sold one to my friend for his range/Recover Tactical use.

I ordered masks and they arrived and they work :) hopefully will filter out the rona we'll see. came at a reasonable time manner so shipping was good. the quality looks similar to others that I've ordered so I don't think there's any issue with that. i'd say i'd buy them again when I need a refill.

I; had had my Ronco Rotisserie for over 15 years when it gave up the ghost in the middle to rotissering a chicken😱😱. I had to finish it off in the oven. I frantically started looking for a new one and found what I was looking for on 1sale. It arrived on time. I have not had the time to roast anything, but I am sure it will work as well as my old one. I do not know how anyone can live without this appliance.....oh, yes I do. They buy dried up rotisserie chickens at the grocery store. Once you’ve had a chicken right out of the rotisserie, you will never buy another one from the grocery store.

Good communication and fast shipping. however, the first mask i used, the ear elastic came undone immediately. i've been wearing two masks at the same time in the event one breaks.

The coffee arrived quickly and in good shape. It was a deal because it was past its best-by date but frankly the coffee is still very good. I usually grind my own, fresh beans and am a bit of a snob when it comes to pre-ground coffee. I bought this solely because of the price and the fact that I wouldn't have to go out of the house during the pandemic. It's been much better than I expected it to be and I've enjoyed every cup so far.

I've ordered a "Factory Renewed" Power XL Air Fryer in this website, at the beginning I was a little skeptical about the Factory Renewed part but I thought it was a good price plus 1Sale was giving me 31 days to return it if it didn't work.In less than 4 days I had the air fryer in my home, the only bad part is that it wasn't the color I've ordered (black instead of blue)... I've wrote to the customer service explaining the issue and they've wrote back the next day apologizing for the mistake and sending me another one with the right color. I've got the blue one in 3 days and I've been using them since then with no issues at all.Definitely it was a great choice and the air fryer is working perfect.I cannot talk better about their customer service, I am glad that they backed up their "customer satisfaction" policy.

The coffee we received was different than the picture, it's ok but they were also not labeled properly - like French Roast. They were also not vacuum sealed. We'll see how they taste once open!

I used to work for this company. As the customer, you run the risk of getting a great item, damaged or none at all. No refunds. Sending an email to customer service for help is a joke. I was assigned to use a script - the same script no matter how many times the person replied to say they never got their order. When I decided to track the shipment and provide a tracing number (item never arrived), I was fired.

I get their emails every day that show great deals at Amazon, their site, and other sites. I've gotten some great deals on face masks during this time that are a fraction of what places like walmart sell them for.

If you're an Amazon Prime member, this is the place for you. They keep me abreast of what's on super-sale there which is no easy feat. Just saved $16 on a chair cushion I was looking to buy on Amazon. One thing, it's not easy to log in and track your orders for items 1sale.com sells itself.

They just link you people who sell knock off crap. Seems to be just affiliate redirectioning "service" that has you buy through links to very questionable affiliates so 1sale can get their affiliate cut. Stay away

“Awesome air fryer!”

I got a great price. The air fryer works great. It is better than expected, has lots of attachments and does a lot more than just air fry. It even came with a hard cover cook book. The shipping was very fast.

The only qualm I have is that I ordered a smart watch for $60 and my phone couldn't handle the app it needed. My battery was drained very quickly. I would have liked to return it but have had no such luck.

Immediately I receive the promotion order 2 pairs of sunglasses receiving an email confirmation of availability. Two days later got an email that said they running out of one of the pairs (the expensive one) and offer me to select another one or a refund. I end up with another pair. My point here is that how if I order at the moment I receive the promo and got a confirmation email of my order, how it's possible that the product was sold out? For the rest was an easy transaction and super fast shipping.

“Swapped out Glasses”

I ordered a pair of blue lens Costa Del Mar sunglasses but was told that they were out of stock and offered a $5 discount to select another pair of glasses. I did that because I already was committed to trying out the brand, but I really only wanted blue lens glasses. The glasses arrived, they are fine, but I feel like I was bait and switched by 1sale.

5 stars for customer service and timely delivery. Also appreciate a USA voice on the phone. Ordered the wrong size, fast efficient return and reorder process. Kudos Why send me 3 packages of the same style? I expected some of the same selection received from the first order. Just disappointed.

“Company good - some products lack in quality”

Good company - have used them for years - always give a refund or send new product if one arrives damaged. Most products good, but some are of poorer quality. Most recent purchases - LED garage light = wonderful - bras for wife = acceptable for the price - red washing mitts = does the job, but color bleeding out even after 3 washes. Customer service has always been great the few times over the years that there was a problem.

Ordered and received them fast. Two packages of chandelier light bulbs. The packages were sealed. Three did not have clear plastic on the bulb part. They looked like they were heavily filmed on the inside where they were suppose to be clear plastic. Could not be cleaned off as it was inside the bulb. They do work but look dirty when on.

“Random... but a lot of female related products”

What can I expect when it is a mystery box. Well, I'm not feminine by nature, and I received a high volume (1/2 of each box) of feminine products: earrings, nail polish, perfume, wrinkle formula, etc. I wouldn't have minded a few products--they are random--but when each box is basically half feminine style products. Oh well, I know not to order the mystery box again. Caveat emptor.
