Is 180smoke.ca Legit?

I have been a faithful customer at 180 Smoke on Queen street for almost 4 year's I must say at this point that I had been smoking 3 packs a day while living in Mexico 🇲🇽 and could not stop I thank my sister who introduced me to the vaping experience. Since then I haven't picked up a cigarette again . I can now say that I no longer have a smokers cough nor the horrible smell of a cigarette. Apart from the fact that I can now put down the vape and walk away from it for very long periods of time something that I could never do with smoking. The staff at the Queen street location at the Beaches are so polite and accommodating that they really make you feel like a valued customer. Big shout out to John and Marqus and also the new girl who has just started there. They make sure that my order is always on time.Smoker's will tell me that vaping is worse than smoking but my own honest opinion is that by using the vaping session I now have the freedom from bondage and with that being said I know that I will be able to have the option to put down my vape when I choose to. It's a whole different feeling. Kudos to the team at 180 Smoke on Queen Street in the Beaches.

As a long time client, I hoped for better. Rating would be lower based on recent experience but giving them the benefit of the doubt.The current support systems in place for online orders has changed since the last I called years ago. Now you are caught between an email and a phone where vm is the only option. My recent experience on the online order and delay had me sending multiple emails and vm’s with no response. A week and a half later the order was cancelled and payment funds not returned.

Was a long time customer but no more. Horrible experience this last order which has now been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my order. They shipped it to an incorrect address in a different city, refused to take any responsibility for it and when I asked to be refunded they ignored me and sent the order again. Rude and unprofessional, this is a trashy company and there are far better options. Stay away.

180 Smoke has good feedback and shipping time. Orders are always complete with packing slip. On their website though, a little more information regarding what products are compatible with others products and more detail on product ingredients, would be helpful. Otherwise great company to buy from.

Walked in with the intention of purchasing a vapor device for smoking nicotine . Staff made me feel welcome and at ease . Looked at several devices and chose one that felt good in my hand and was not difficult to charge or operate . They have my future business and I will certainly let my family and friends know about my excellent experience at this store .

Package has not arrived despite priority post order Sept 18. Hoping the contents will be up to standard as last order had many defective pods.Company should have communicated their change of courier from Swyft to Canada Post as this is creating a MAJOR delay in receiving the order. Used to have order the same day if ordered before 11 am, now it’s almost been 7 days.

Bought 5 items (1 battery, 4 packs of coils). Got the wrong coils, wrote them an e-mail to fix the situation, got no reply, wrote a 2nd e-mail with a deadline, got a reply and provided requested information and then got no reply for 15 days and now I have to go through the long process of getting my bank to refund me the money.Original order on january 6th, we're january 31st and i'm still solving this f***ing purchase.Go with Canvape instead. Entirely reliable as far as I can tell, better prices and faster shipping.Stay away from this online store.

What a hard site to navigate, this will be my 4th time ordering and still can’t sigh in to my account, have to begin like it’s my first time again, put in my email and it comes up that another one of our customers has this email. ( that would be me )Tried calling customer service no answer gave up after 5 minutes ( frustrated again ). I’ll try to place an order again but not happy about it .

I had mistakenly ordered 5 boxes of the wrong atomizer. They gladly told me to return them for an exchange. Unfortunately the wrong product was reshipped to me. They gladly reshipped the correct products immediately with no question and at no extra charge. They were very accommodating and understanding.Excellent customer service.Thank you!

Zero is the rating I give them. They had the wrong address in their system, as a result..the parcel was returned to them.They're removing from my money, a" re-shelving fee!!"... really? Also, posted was paid!! They are taking this as well.I have contacted the better business bureau.You people should have recognized and copied the correct information for shipping .Take responsibility for your errors!!Thieves!

Very nice and got the product in a great way. A little disappointing that you have to confirm your identity and age when picking up shipping packages, but it is understandable!Overall happy with the products and enjoying them!

I had a very good delivery service, each time i ordered, but one of my order wasnt What i expected. The prices fallow the usual and normal prices in Canada, but i have more better prices into another site in Calofornia US. The have a clearance place into their web site where i van buy disposable vapes as cheaper as 0.50 $ each vape. Je i could give toi à good rec., it would be on the prices and clearances

There great but coils all called the same ended up buying wrong coils cause all called the same with Minor difference. completely different coils should have completely different name
