Is 1800petmeds.com Legit?

Michelle was AWESOME!!!! She explained everything to me, re-did my order, always kind, smiling, providing the BEST service I have ever had!! These front line Pet Med employees are what keep your company going. They give us the warm feeling on the other end of the phone knowing that are pets are getting what they need to stay healthy and happy in our lives. Michelle really cared about me and more importantly about HELPING me. She needs a financial bonus for all she does. I hope you understand how important these employees are to your company. Cant say enough about the excellent and caring service I just received. Godspeed Michelle!

1 of our babies passed. I simply wanted to know if I could return the meds. Instead, I was given a refund anyway and condolences. :( Awww! that is just amazing customer service and you have our business for life!! I am actually posting it on facebook now too!!!

Cindy was wonderful. That said, here's my complaint. I have several meds on auto order/ship. I periodically receive emails from you offering codes for discounts. But, they don't get added to my orders. So, I feel as a loyal customer, I get penalized. Seems I need to cancel auto ship, and order as I go so I can manually add the discounts. It's a terrible incentive and inconvenience. Not the way to treat your most loyal customers.

Cheryl was very helpful as we chatted and she resolved my order and placed it for me. She was exception! You should give her a raise!

The woman who took my order over the phone was amazing. She had the best bubbly personality that instantly put me in a good mood. (was having a bad day). She is most definitely an asset to the company.

I had to call customer service three times to try to puzzle together their crazy mix of excuses as to why my cats insulin never arrived. All three calls I dealt with morons who lied and would cut me off to make up excuses. No one wanted to listen to me, only make up excuses for their multi-million dollar company who worship the almighty dollar! I paid $180.00 for lies and my cat had to be taken to the vet because his insulin never arrived.

The representative from 1800PetMeds Cindy Cipolla was an absolute delight to deal with. I would have given 5 stars for the review if the shipper your company uses wasn't so horrible. USPS is the worst. My order showed up 3 days after the expected tracking date with the box crushed. The product inside was not effected.

I am so happy with my connection with "Tiffany", she is absolutely a very helpful employee to Pet Meds. She corrected my auto-ship order and helped me place a new one ! Plus saved me money in the process! Thanks again Tiffany!!

After I shared I was inquiring about Nexguard she patiently answered my questions and informed me which Nexguard product met my needs. I also appreciated Sabrina sharing info regarding cost savings if I enroll in authorship. I’m very pleased thank you!

This morning, I spoke with Steve to place an order for Nexgard and Carprofen. I mailed the prescriptions Tues via certified mail, and they're scheduled to arrive today. Steve took my order, understood not to request phone approval from the vet, AND provided us with savings...all while exuding a cheerful and helpful attitude! He's a definite asset to your company!

I spoke with Anthony and he listened to my long story without interrupting so that he actually understood what my problem was. These days that's a rare experience. He helped me with a website/ordering problem and was patient, personable, knowledgeable and kind. He was also very thorough and obviously cared that I won't have a similar problem in the future. He's a stellar representative for your company and you're lucky to have him.

I was satisfied with Pet Meds correcting their error of sending out an email telling me my pets medication had shipped only to find out it had not. I called Pet Meds. I was told the medication would be sent overnight delivery. I just now found out the medication won’t be here until MONDAY. My pet has been out of medication for several days due to the erroneous email and now the delay in the supposed overnight delivery. Had I known how unreliable Pet Meds was I would have gone to my veterinarian and gotten an RX to hold my dog over. At this time I am pretty dissatisfied with Pet Meds.
