Is 12gobiking.nl Legit?

I used my new bicicle yesterday for the first time and the gear’s cable went loose. I can not change the gears when I turn the control and I do not know how to fix it

Good prices and speedy delivery. I recently bought a set of Mavic Allroad wheels for my son to use as a robust set of winter training wheels that I could trust would get him round 3/4 hours each day of the weekend. 12GO had the best price for this. They are always competitive on pricing and have a good product range. The are excellent with their delivery times too (to Belgium). They can certainly be trusted and are very competitive in the Dutch/German online bike stores.

Friday visit in showroom, great info by 12G personnel, lots of brands and helpfull making the right decision. Saturday at noon, a smooth delivery, with patient technician introducing my new bike answering all questions. Warmly recommended.

Good, complete, service from first browsing the 12go website, selecting the mountainbike, contact with the team, ordering and picking up the ready made bike. Besides a small need to check the brakes and get some air out of the hydraulic brake system, all went very smooth. Thank you!

Good selection of bikes to choose from. I enjoyed the test track.Support staff really helpful during fitment and assembly of the bike after purchasing.One or two technical issues which were resolved by the team i.e. Locking mechanism wasn't locking and it was fixed. Electrical wires popped out from the dynamo and was fixed.

Very satisfying. The reception,the way of being properly informed and advised without being pushed to buy (compliments to employee Jeroen Wijtenburg)Ad to that the sheer size of the store, which is just impressive, including a test lane where you can try out your bike. Later on i had i problem with the sadle of my new bike. Had to go back (hour drive), took a few hours to fix it. But they were very kind again, provided me with a proper lunch in their restaurent where i could sit down and work on my laptop. Compliments here to employee Jasper Helvoort. Really cool and helpfull guy.

Everything from the store selection to the prices to the communication and delivery were great. I’ve been a repeat customer for clothes and accessories and I also now bought a bike on the website as well. As far as the delivery goes, they schedule in advance, call to check availability and assemble the bike at your doorstep.

everything was great. there is a large selection of bicycles in the store, consultant Mark told me about alternatives to this bike that I looked at initially, but the choice was left to me. So far very good, I just bought my e-bike there. I picked them because they were the only ones to have early availability of one of the newest Koga models. The process went smooth from the moment I reserved the bike last year, till now. The guys there are friendly and English was not a problem. The setup at the store is very well thought so the whole customer experience flows as pleasant as possible. Sure, perhaps you have to wait a few minutes before receiving your bike, but consider this: 1) it gets busy because it’s a good store so more people are waiting for their bikes too, 2) they care for preparing the bike to suit you and explain everything you need to know. With this said, a good and well prepared bike is not like fast food, so be patient ;). I particularly liked a lot the story of the business and their “Bikes for Afrika” project, which resonates nicely with sustainability and community values. I look forward for a smooth post sale experience.

Great selection of e-bikes, perfect place to compare e-bikes thru testing them on the track. The technical personel advise could be better, too few people for many customers provides limited opportunity for technical discussion, and not everyone of them was fully knowledgeable. Hence you need to deepdive in the technical comparison yourself to conclude on the bike purchase.

I bought a helmet here as they have a great selection and the price was good.The reason I will come back: The service was great. Good communication plus fast and easy replacement when I faced a production error.
