Is 11teamsports.ie Legit?

Good website experience, quick delivery, they have all the football equipment I need. Their stores are also top notch. I did in-person purchases in one of their stores, and it was great: good service and a wide range of products.

I ordered a pair Puma shorts with innerbriefs on the 14/10 2024. When I got them I noticed something, the alarm store device was still on the shorts, thats weird, cant they look and remove it before shipping out the item. I removed the device using a drillbit with a drill, I tried my best removing the device and the shorts got a bit of damage. I contacted the store after that and they said I cant no longer return because I removed the device and damaged the shorts, only way I could return it is if I sent back the item first, they would remove the device and then send back to me the item. They told me to read their policy and I did, but I found something unfair in their policy: "Please supply all components that may relate to the alleged defect together with the goods, provide a precise description of the defect or, where appropriate, evidence of the defect occurring on an irregular basis, contact details (phone number, email address), specification of rights as you wish claim in connection with the complaint, sales receipt (copy) and/or warranty card. The buyer can choose whether to take out insurance for loss, theft or destruction of the package. Topforsport s.r.o. does not cover any expenses or postage/shipping costs and will not be responsible if the package is not delivered and does not accept packages sent by cash on delivery." They state that if an item has a defect; in my opinion the defect is not removing the alarm store device, that the buyer needs to pay for return postage, they will not pay if there is a defect. So, they consider a defect that it is the buyer´s fault from start and therefor they wont cover return shipping costs?! Is another thing if the buyer no longer wants an item or chose the wrong size, then Im ok paying return costs. What bunch of stingy stores owners in this case. Their responce:"This is not a complaint regarding the warranty of a product, this is a product that was delivered to you wrongly. In this cases, we send a courier to pick up the product and refund you or send it back to you correctly. That is why in our Terms and Condition, in several places, we encourage customers to write to us as soon as they notice anything wrong, so we can find a solution, depending on the case. The product was damaged by you, so unfortunately we cannot refund you for this."My reply:Yeah but it says in your policy that the customer needs to pay postage back, despite u made the error not removing the device. U made the error first, and if i didnt try removing the device first, so why does the customer need to pay postage back, doesnt make any sense. So their policy isnt good if there is defect on an item from start that the buyer needs to cover return costs. To all buyers!! I wouldnt try to buying from them, since u can read their bad policy when it comes to returning items.

I needed some underwear, for my daily workout, those guys just gane the best service I had till know in Germany 🇩🇪 I will be buying more often on this store 100% sure. Keep going guys with the nice service. 🦾

So I bought the new bundesliga ball because it looks cool and I needed a ball to do my tricks.I orrder it on the 25th and it said it will arrive on 10-11 january 2024,but it arrived today on the 5th.The ball looks very good,the thread is hard to find it wich is a good sign and the overall looks is amazing.The single bad thing was the fact that it wasn't inflated,but idc because i have a pump.Great site too!!

Extremely unreliable! Terrible Experience! After 4 weeks of waiting, the package was supposed to be with us on Friday *10.08.2024. That didn't happen! I called on Monday (12th) and spoke to them, they assured me that they would post the clothes that day and I should have them on Tuesday - that didn't happen either! (they lied)I called again on Wednesday (14th) and was lied to again - they said it was sent out on Tuesday evening (not true!). Thursday - Still waiting! I tried calling many times. Once they hung up on me 🤬Eventually, after 28 phone calls we got the purchase on Friday (week late). INCOMPLETE - missing 4 items! I wonder how long getting the rest of our order will take...Lack of communication from 11TeamSports plus bad customer service! Horrible experience. I wish we had a choice and didn't have to order the team outfits from them.

I could say I am experienced online buyer and I only write review when it was really good or bad. Well this was too bad.... Took too much of my time, and couldn't finalize the order. After submitting 2 items in the cart and copying voucher, redirected to Paypal and than waited more than a minute, finally had to repeat again, but voucher code was not valid any more. Then I register again with another email, put new voucher, and on second step for payment voucher disappear from the cart. Than finally the voucher code was not valid on second attempt. It looks like all is programed to take your time and money.Finally decided to forget about this company and bought those items on another platform.
