Is wayrates.com Legit?

Didn't buy anything thing but the jacket I liked for if a specific brand was not available in the official brand store. Isn't this strange?

Can't belive what I have recievd today 4/10/2024Ordered 2 pairs of trousers and a pair of shorts nothing like the photos and quality is absolutely rubbish..Seriously do not part your money to this snide business .. I never write reviews but definitely this time as beyond a joke!!

All the so called branded clothing is fake and poor quality. You can’t tell easily from the photos which is where they get you. Expensive, and if you’re a UK customer, you’ll wait ages for your delivery. Don’t get ripped off.

I ordered shorts & T Shirts back in May. It took 3 weeks for them to come. When they did they were fake and of extreme poor quality. I returned the goods the beginning of June at a cost of over £20. The company have confirmed receipt of the goods. 33 E mails later I am still waiting for the refund. I have been fobbed off to no end.This was the last e mail I receivedDear JohnFor your Order: ……….We are sorry for the inconvenience. Ordered before seeing the reviews. Items came in roughly 10 days but we're extremely poor quality and clearly counterfeit.Fortunately I bought via PayPal. I opened a dispute directly via PP as I'd read Wayrates customer service was shocking. Initially they offered me either a full refund if I paid return shipping (£30+) or a 50% discount. I declined and escalated the complaint and PayPal awarded me 100% of my money back without having to return the goods.5 stars for PayPal, zero stars for Wayrates!

Absolutely fake Carhartt hoodies, look nothing like photos, cheap materials, badging in wrong place, poorly fitted and no wash labels or tags. I’m absolutely furious, spent over £70 on this utter pish. Avoid this scam at all costs

Strongly advise you be aware of this company. Do your research, I purchased a Carhartt jumper in good faith. The jumper I got was clearly obviously a fake! The detailing was off, the logo looked like it was ironed on. Worst part is, they never responded to my 3 emails wanting my money back, I obviously offered to return the item. I escalated this with PayPal, but lost the dispute in the sellers favor due to "expectations vs reality" I'm shock that they can get away with this..having seen the 90% 1 star reviews from here, I wish I did my research. Sorry for everyone else that fell for it, reading past complaints I can see that they also always auto respond with the same message, with 0 follow through.

For the sweltering weather on my trip, the Men's Summer Football Print Vest was perfect. It fit perfectly and was light and comfortable. The colorful print gave the set a playful memorable that made it look good and functional well.

I ordered an army green top in size Large. You couldn't get that wrong, could you? I received a Khaki top in size medium. Given that the item was in a clear plastic bag, I can only assume that their staff are colour blind and illiterate. They are serial offenders (read the negative reviews, they are all over the internet). They have no return address labels so if you receive your order that in some way is different from what you expected, they ask YOU to pay for the return shipping. They want you to pay (on top of what you have already paid) to rectify their incompetence. I wasn't going to tolerate that rubbish so I escalated my issue with Paypal and happily the case was found in my favour and I have a full refund coming my way. Tough luck Wayrates, I hope that stings. And I'm glad, but they wont learn. 90% of customers give them 1star. Look at their track record and read the reviews.They have no understanding at all about the concept of customer service and satisfaction. Oh, you'll get a letter from them telling you that they want to work with you and get the matter sorted. Look closely at the response they provide to dissatisfied customers. The wording is, with minor variations, much the same - all a fake show of concern.The sentiments of 'do not deal with them' have been echoed many, many times in reviews about this company. Take heed. You deal with them at your own risk.Important update to the above review:The response to my review is an expected and prime example of a "scripted" response. I received the response about 1 hour ago. This was 2 days after Paypal made a ruling in my favour and notified Wayrates of that decision and who in turn advised me of that decision and refund. They were aware that they lost the case and that it had been closed. And yet I received the follow-up response from them. It is a manufactured attempt to save face and put on an act that they care.

I agree with Mr Jordan, absolute knock off crap. I did a review upon ordering all excited, then when I get my delivery it wasn't even what I ordered. Absolutely gutted and pissed off. A no refund and no return policy and still nothing that I ordered so I'm gonna burn the crap that was sent to me. They gave me $13 NZ coupon or a $16NZ something or rather and probably $35 P&P so all up I would have to pay more dead cash and still they get it wrong. Pretty bad experience.
