Bank Machine Keypad

How the scam works:

This is similar to the Bank Machine Device scam, but it usually happens at night. You walk up to the ATM, insert your card and type in your PIN. This time, not only do you not get your money, but your card is trapped inside! You can't go into the bank since it's late at night and closed. Your only hope is to come back in the morning. Meanwhile, the scammers move in after you leave, collect your debit card and their fake keypad mounted skillfully on top of the real one which recorded your PIN.

How to avoid:

Again, pay attention to where you're using your card – your financial future may depend on it!
