Won 80 eur, when I tried to withdraw it, it kept saying pending. After contacing support I had to add pictures of my paypal account to verify that the account is mine? But I been able to withdraw once before but it wasnt as big? hmm.Honestly stay away from this site

I am honestly totally fed up with this site. It's been 2 weeks now that I won and I've still not had my withdrawal processed as I keep getting told is under a quality and assurance review. I don't believe a word of what I'm getting told. This company are a total joke and just steal your money. They are quick enough to accept your deposits but when it comes to paying out they tell you the same rubbish constantly. I've never had problems with other sites like I have with them. I just want my withdrawal processed.

Decent site with good selection of games. They need much better promotions though or free daily games. but i have tried many gambling sites and this is one of the better ones to join.

I have never reviewed anybody in my life, but I am extremely satisfied by videoslots which is why I am writing this review, winning or losing is on its place, most important factor is how smooth is the withdrawl process, videoslots is one of those few online casino who you can trust as per my experience, you can get withdrawls instantly, no extra hiccups, I had won a big amount and I was worried what kind of drama the casino will do, but within 14 hours my withdrawl was in my bank account, I would like to thank Zach and Daryl for their help as a live support which was really helpful. I will take 1 star out because of the fee charging policy for more than 1 withdrawl per day.

I don't like being pestered by Videoslots for a review (after a recent cash out) and I certainly don't like the one per day withdrawal. I don't understand why you charge me for a second withdrawal on the same day?Do I charge you for making more than one deposit per day?It also seems okay for Videoslots to accept my deposit straight away but Videoslots like to withhold my withdrawal longer than need be. And why are withdrawals not instant. If my withdrawal is on a Friday I don't get the funds till around 7pm on Monday. The low RTP for the slots in general compared to other casinos is a disgrace too.

If you win they reduce your deposit limit. Do a financial shake down, asking for savings , wages, bank account statements . Then they have just reduced my loss limit again to less so you have no chance of recouping any losses. They did it several times in the middle of games. They need looking at by the gambling authority.Afterall I am not complaining about losing, just that they move the goal posts when they see fit!

RTP - none existent. Save the 'all our slots are randomly generated to chance' rubbish. I use many sites and they all return fairly. This site drains your money instantly, you never stand a chance. They are quite happy for you to make deposits but as soon as you withdraw they then ask for proof of wealth and won’t release the withdrawal.Stay away at all costs as they just take your money.Have already recieved legal advice and have been informed they should have stopped me depositing if they need proof of wealth.Let’s see how they like being taken to court.
