Is intexcorp.com Legit?

Purchased the largest above ground pool they sell. Took over a month for delivery. Set up went pretty smoothly. Filled pool and started filter and salt chlorinator per there very minimal instructions. Filter worked fine but no chlorine was being generated by the salt system. Sent inquiries (only half wete answered) to the company but got suggestions that made no sense. Salt level was perfect as was the pH. They told me not to put regular chlorine in as it would damage the already non-functioning salt system. 4 months later I still have no solution. They are running me in circles by asking for photos and videos multiple times. I had to empty the 55,000 liters of water because it was all algae and bug ridden. Going to cost alot to fill again.

Terrible company. I bought their air mattress and it started to deflate after 3 use. I read that their mattress comes with 1 year warranty so I contacted them online. First you cannot respond to their response email so every single time, they ask you questions, you would have to go back to their online form to input all the information all over again.Second, I included the product info and where and when I bought the mattress with a screenshot of the receipt in the first email. Then it took me three more emails back and forth for them to ask to what my address is, and what the model # is and ended up telling me that they do not have warranty for intex products sold from a retailer (in my case Walmart).Because it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, walmart does not give me any back or replacement. How many people actually buy intex products from their website?? Not a lot, and if you buy from Walmart or Target like most people do, their 1 year warranty means nothing. I would never ever again buy intex product.

Purchased 4 inflatable mattresses for staging and only one of the 4 worked. 3 had littles holes in the seams and would deflate after a day. They initially replaced the 3 after many phone calls, photos, emails and two of the replacements don't work. One had a tiny hole and the other the motor didn't even turn on. They are a terrible company, they tried to deny their warranty on false claims. Walmart should not be selling their products. Very frustrating.

I bought a one person intex inflatable kayak only used it once in the river, since then been stored in its bag in my attic storage, nothing ontop of it, got it out to go in the sea with it and tried to blow up the base and it's already got a leak somewhere, went flat almost instantly Thank God I had realised it was leaking before I took it into the water. The local sea side shop says the coast guard are alway having to go out to rescue people with these that deflate in the sea. Very unsafe product!

Warranty claim paperwork impossible to understand. Had to have intex people try to walk me through. Could not understand them. Have two Intex pools. Hope nothing else brakes. One of the worse experience ever.

I bought a spa rechargable vacuum for my pool spa.. It stopped working one month outside the 1 year warranty. Intex would not work with me nor back the quality of their product. Very bad experience .. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I do not recommend Intex. I purchased a pool pump from them, and it broke down after a short period of use. I have been waiting for a replacement for two months now, even though my claim was acknowledged a month ago. As a result, I lost an entire season due to choosing this poor-quality company.

Terrible company. Walmart, Target and Big 5 should not be partnering up with clowns. Intex will NOT honor their warranties. They are a SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I purchased a Intex inflatable hot tub 6 person purspa in 2022, which cost around $700. The pump has failed and this company does not even offer replacement parts for their products, so customers who purchase their products are simply just out of luck and and out of $700+. This is poor customer service. And I would never purchase another item from this company. Beware when you purchase something because if something goes wrong with it you probably will not be able to purchase replacement parts.

Bought a double Air Mattress 64417ED via Amazon on June 29 2023. The mattress bent and became curved shape even fully inflated after a few months. It caused me back pain and I don't dare to sleep on it now. I am trying to claim the one year warranty via online customer service but the service agent responded that they can only help customers from US and Canada. They said they have passed my email to other department to assist. Almost a month now but still no response. Don't purchase air mattress from Intex as the quality of the product is very bad and it is not what it said and the warranty is useless.

we bought the big 10mtr pool and installed it correctly . 4 years later liner let go dumping some 50000 litres through my backyard and 2 neighbouring properties causing thousands of $$$ damage

After reviewing all the boats that fell within my criteria, the Marina 4, claims to have multiple hull layers sturdy enough to withstand lakes and rivers. That is false it is nothing more than an expensive pool floaty. Safety and function could be hazardous! Inflation varies so the stationary ors fail to preform and the inflatable seats offer no support so control the boat is very exhausting and I found myself avoiding lake branches and working hard to stay off the shore line. not a relaxing experience! The second time I used the boat on a calmer lake but only floated close to shore so it wasn't a boating adventure it was boring. I worked to get the boat to the docks and when I returned in 25 minutes the right side of the boat was deflated. The quality and design make this product dangerous. The Bimini requires removing the safety rope and still the hole is smaller that the hardware on the Bimini! I would not recommend this as a boat I have had floating devices that lasted longer were more fun for a lot less cost. Well Intex doesn't guarantee it so that's all I needed to know! Time to look for a real boating experience and remember not to trust the product description on Walmart.com

I purchased Intex PureSpa Greywood Deluxe 85" x 25" Outdoor Portable Inflatable 6 Person Round Hot Tub Spa with Bubble Jets, Hardwater Treatment, Filter and Cover in February of 2022. I set up the hot tub in April of 2022. I just set up the hot tub in April of 2023 and the LED lights on the wireless touch control pad are not working properly. Intex would not replace and suggests I buy a $200 replacement. I have all intex products at my home but will never purchase another product from them since they will not stand by their products.

My husband and I have always used Intex inflatable products and have referred them to our friends and family. However, that changed yesterday! We bought a 18x48 Intex pool for our Christmas for each other. We just put it up and filled it last week. We began the cleaning process yesterday and the cover ripped at the seam. We haven't even had a chance to get in and it's already costing extra! Customer service told me the warranty was 90 days and was not valid but she could help me buy another one through them! I'm very angry! We've put a lot of time, money and energy into a pool that has a defect and the company could care less! We didn't have an order number

Bought an Intex 8ft metal frame pool, good size, easy to put together, BUT once filled up it has started leaking from the water out let! The outlet has not been sealed into pool lining properly! Now got to empty out and take it all apart to be able to return to the shop I purchased it from!!

I would give them zero if I could. After 10 years of fighting their bad designs and products I will be replacing my pool and it definitely won’t be a new intex product. Their hoses are crap, their sand filters have major flaws, and all their products are designed for a short life so that you’re constantly buying replacement parts.

I have owned our salt water generator for many years with just 1 rare issue where I needed a replacement part.The only downside is that it took almost a month to receive the part.Overall, I am very pleased with their equipment. (4) 40 pound $1 bags of pool salt is all it takes for a entire summer of crystal clear water.

This is the second spa I hvae ordered. The last one lasted two years and I decided to just order another. It lasted two months and the control went out. After a dozen or so contacts by their form letter, they say they will send a replacement part soon. Today I received another form letter requesting the same information. I cannot believe the unacceptable quality of the service department If you try to call, they have a recording that says go to web site

Bought a kayak and first time in the water, there was one portion that looked like a tumor. Called Customer service and put in a replacement request. Instead of letting me know they rejected my claim until I cut out the abnormal part...which made no sense, I had pictures and the receipt, they only added a comment to my claim status. Will never buy an intex product again.

Order number 109251295 for a K2 kayak, I received a cheap pair of sunglasses instead, the Post office provides them with a item received status but not the real item that they never sent. INTEX cannot provide me with tracking or evidence that they ever sent a K2 Kayak its just a scam stay away from them they steal your money and in turn offer 40% refund. Please be careful
