working with Ziprent has been so easy and such a pleasure compared to other experiences. Everything from viewing the property to signing the lease was a breeze! Very responsive and reliable.

I recently used ziprent for tenant placement services and am glad I did. They were way cheaper than other brokers and the best part is the transparency you get with them. I can login to their website and view who viewed my listing online, of them how many scheduled an appointment to physically see the property. Also the time they came, when they left. Moreever if any applications are submitted they will run credit and backgrounds checks and they only shortlist guys who qualify. Totally worth it!

We were referred to Ziprent by my mother. We did a lot of research online and found that Ziprent is the most reliable, efficient and customer friendly platform for both tenants and landlords. They do credit and background check for the landlord and even put a score on the prospect tenants to help the landlord to clearly know which tenant is recommended per their computer algorithms. The whole process took less than one week from posting to getting an amazing tenant. What I am most impressed with ziprent is the efficiency and speed. In this fast paced world, time is priceless and ziprent has services that help landlord to place a suitable tenant right away in days as well as services that help with rent collection or property management. The founder of Ziprent definitely put a lot of thoughts and engineering into designing his company that makes it very successful, attractive and valuable to both tenants and landlords. This is definitely a very good company that I highly recommend.

At first I was hesitant to rent through Ziprent as I've always rented from a traditional property management company with a physical presence or the landlord themselves directly. My experience with Ziprent has been surprisingly pleasant thus far. Their communication methods are streamlined and they communicate primarily through email. If needed, they're available by phone as well. It takes a bit of time getting responses sometimes but overall I feel like things are on track for a smooth move in.

My wife and I rented a 2-bdrm house in NorCal from Ziprent. A few months into our 1-yr lease, I was transferred and we had to move out of state. I notified Ziprent that we had to move. What unfolded next was a nightmare. I happily showed the property to prospective renters during the last few weeks of our time at the property. But no one was interested. When we moved, all showings stopped. After a week or so, I checked the Ziprent listing for the property and found that when a person tried to book a showing, they received a message saying that no showings were available. Mind you, I’m still paying full rent. I called them to tell them of the problem and they eventually got it fixed. After several more weeks, there were still no renters. I eventually took out an online advertisement and found renters on my own to take over the property. Once the renters that I found signed the lease, Ziprent tried to interpret the CA civil housing code in a way that let them return less of my deposit and keep more money than they were legally allowed to. It was a huge headache for me but I eventually got everything back that was supposed to be returned. Beware of Ziprent.

Ziprent was amazing. I live in CA, but have property in NV. Ziprent made everything so easy and communicated about EVERYTHING, so I wasn’t in the dark or nervous about what was going on. Plus, I wasn’t looking for a Property Manager after the initial placement and a lot of companies require that, so it was perfect. Ziprent was very responsive throughout our process of renting our new apartment. When I arrived to view the apartment, I realized I had booked my appointment for the wrong day. They immediately picked up the phone and helped me register for that moment, so that I could still view the apartment. They were very responsive by phone and by email. They also gave very clear instructions for using the lockbox to access the property.
