When and while their spyglasses work, they're great. But they all break within six months or so. Getting them to honor the warranty is a virtual impossibility--they'll slow walk dumb instructions to you to fix your broken unit, then send you what is clearly a refurbished unit replacement broken out of the box. Do not recommend.

This company (MayBelle, in particular) follows a pattern of behavior when you want to return a product.First they will send you a list to follow to 'fix' the problem, with things you already know about in order to delay the return past the due date if possible and if close enough.Then even if the product arrives broken, they will still insist that you pay for the return label, and THEN they will STILL Charge You a restock!And if you are lucky enough to get a live person to talk to...about all this, they will nervously tell you to go to the company policy page (it's not our fault page, lol), and then hang up.Also its interesting to note that this company is strategically based in a state where you cannot record even these such business interactions (unless you get their consent) to post on YouTube.On a positive these 2 companies do not play these games:bhphotovideo.comabt.com

The distance between the device and router is ridiculously short. There are several devices further away that work just fine. I can't buy another Zetronix product.

It was quick getting and easy to set up. Have had no issues.

“Shop elsewhere for video equipment”

I purchased the Atom Pro camera from Zetronix, and here are the facts. There were SIX functions that didn't work on it: the audio, the time/date stamp, the PIR, the view directly to TV, the loop override, and the "one year" (in motion sensor setting) battery died after less than two weeks. Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I worked with tech support for over 8 months. We exchanged 22 emails, had one long phone call, and I sent them three screen shots. After all that, NONE of the issues was resolved. So I finally asked for a refund. They refused. I now own a product of theirs that doesn't work, and they have my money. “Scam. Total scam”

Bought a camera and it was useless. Nothing they have works probably. Notice how you CAN'T leave a review on their website. You have to pay return shipping for a deceitfully advertised produce. They work by making it hard for you to return. Even though the PRODUCT is defective they charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

They LIE LIE and LIE some more. Camera quality is poor, claimed 4k not even HD. Overpriced. Shipping next day, try 9 10 days to your door. They claim 100%satisfaction guarantee, then want you to pay return shipping and restocking fee for their falsely advertised claims. I contacted customer service and wasted half an hour in a chat that got no where. “Kept 25% of my refund for no reason”

I returned a product wrongfully shipped but charged and waited over 10 days after they received it to get a 75% refund. They kept $44 of a $189 order. Terribly customer service unless you want to buy something. Then they answer their phones. Then someone called me from their "refund" department and tried to scam me. “Items listed as "In Stock" ARE NOT!”

Beware buying from Zetronix as the items listed on their site as "In Stock" are not necessarily in stock. They will complete your order, take your credit card, run an authorization for the sale and then send you nothing. I called a week after completing my order only to find its status was "processing" WHICH at Zetronix means that it is unshipped and out of stock. Stay away from Zetronix.

“This is a scam at best!”

I purchased a item through there website and they took my money. Almost a week later I tried contacting them and they said they had not shipped my item for security reasons. I have tried calling them multiple times and they have not answered. Very bad customer service and i have not received my money back instead i had to file a claim with the bank. I bought one of their blue tooth speaker/spy cameras with WiFi. The WiFi quit working about two weeks after my purchase and they replaced it but not until I contacted them a 2nd time. The replacement worked for about 3 months and now the wifi stopped working again. I could live with that and just check the videos later but the camera is no longer working properly either and all recordings are corrupted and unable to view. I wrote a negative review (I wasn't a jerk about it, just the facts) on their website and they deleted it. They charge $199.99 for this camera and in retrospect I wouldn't pay $50 for just the Bluetooth speaker because of its low volume and substandard audio quality. I returned the item with a zetronix provided RMA I have the receipt and zetronix email acknowledgment of receiving the return. I also provided all other information requested. This was in November and December 2022. Repeated emails have produced no refund. So they took my money and the returned device. This is the trait of a conman/thief. “Actual Scam. SD upscaled to HD”

I ordered a 4k Phone Charger model I tried it and the video quality was awful. I looked into the actual data of the video and found that instead of the 3840 x 2160 pixel that is standard, the video produced is actually only recorded in 1920 x 1080 which is HD, not the 4k I paid for. What makes it even worse is that it is recorded in 1199 x 810 which is only one-third of HD resolution. This is a complete scam and the company is banking on the fact you don't know how to check resolution of the sensor that is taking the video. DO NOT BUY. Tip for consumers:It's a scam. Just received a broken product. I have called many time, left many message and emails. No response. Would like to return but it looks like when you do that they don't refund. “Thieves”

I bought two smoke alarm cameras in April of 2020. They were suppose to be "HD" quality video with microphone so you could hear conversations. I tried both smoke detectors and they were garbage; poor video and even worse sound. I tried numerous emails and calls (they never answer the damn phone) to get refund and nothing. I ended up filing a fraud complaint with CC company. Dealing with that still. DONT buying anything from these crooks.

I got what I paid for, a quality product that works as advertised. The wide angel 'fish eye' was expected but it's only really noticeable in enclose environments and close shots, in the great outdoors it's not an issue, actually it's a benefit as you capture as much as your peripheral vision would see. I just charged the unit and ran the recorder to battery exhaustion and it went for 1 hr 14 minutes. From what I've read that will increase with use but I'm happy with that

“Save your money, customer and tech support are nonexistent”

I purchased a blue tooth nanny cam speaker. The video is good except in night mode. Visibility in IR mode is very limited. When I tried to connect my iphone via Bluetooth, I could not get any connection. I have reset the speaker numerous times and it still would not connect. Customer services is nonexistent, I have called and been on hold with no response. I have emailed tech support with no response. If you buy this product good luck, you can get same results at a much cheaper price and check to see if there is any valid tech support.

Bought a camera... emailed the company for a little guidance setting it up because the print is way to small for directions... they never answered my 25 emails to them so the item is still in the box. A year later. I bought blink and I'm very happy. Do yourself a favor do not purchase from this guy... he leaves you hanging.

I ordered a pair of surveillance glasses on the fifth and received an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and now it has been 10 days and no email. If you call Any of the customer service numbers it's basically the same guy saying leave a message, feels like it's some dudes apartment. Of course I've received no return call or update. Literally a 30 second call or take the time to write a fast email to explain what the current situation would have worked. So if my glasses come in and have any issues I know that I'll be screwed regarding customer service. Even if I love them and they work amazingly I'll probably never use the site again. Probably gonna call my credit card and dispute the charges if I don't hear anything in a few days.

“Well-made but overpriced camera, bad software, hassle-FULL returns”

I made the mistake of buying a wifi camera from this company. The software they want you to use (Tuya) is poor: it doesn't link well on our wifi (another company's camera/app combo we have used is much more dependable), it was finicky to set up (the other company's app was much easier), it doesn't uninstall easily from iPhone, and they make you PAY for push notifications (the other brand's software included that free). I asked for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee, which, frankly, I understand). Instead of an RMA, I got a reply asking what the problem was. I told them their software is poor and their equipment, while nicely built, is overpriced. They advertise "hassle free returns"! That IS NOT what I'm getting! They told me tech support would contact me within one day. That's not what I asked for! I just want 85% percent of my money back! I guess I'm just gonna throw it in the trash and count it as a $339 lesson! UPDATE 11/18/22: Two days after I posted this review, Zetronix sent me an RMA number. I had also sent them an email telling them that I didn't want support, I wanted 85% of my money back. I'm returning the product. I'll see how it all goes. Tip for consumers:Returns are NOT hassle free. I asked for one. They replied with a question, which I answered. They referred me to tech support. That's not a "hassle free" return. Update 11/18/22: I sent another email explaining that I didn't want support, just a refund. 2 days later, they sent me an RMA number. They charge a 15% restocking fee, just FYI. I understand (and agree with) their reason, but I think you should know going in.

“It's great when it works”

I'm pleased with the app functionality, picture quality, the discreteness of the camera itself, and the general use of the clock but there is some kind of reset function that makes the camera turn itself around facing towards the back every 24 hours so I have to reset it which is a pain to have to do. The clock is in a space where the back faces the wall so once it resets the camera function is rendered useless. This is why I'm giving the product 3 stars, otherwise I would give it five.
