Is yaheetech.shop Legit?

Bought two bedside cabinets. I built the first, exactly to instructions. I have built many similar items over the years and know how important it is the follow instructions to the letter. Once built, putting the drawer runners onto the holes already prepared and the right way up, the drawers didn't fit in. Clearly faulty yet the company are not picking up the item and making me pay to return it within 30 days. Post office, where they suggest costs nearly the same as the item cost!

I've purchased some products from this company on Wayfair and Target and they arrived fast, very well packaged to protect the items and the quality has been outstanding always. The one time I had to contact customer service, my experience was excellent. Great company to buy from.

Recently got a hammock from them and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the instructions to put it together was super helpful. The quality of the parts was top notch and it turned out very sturdy was still being easy to move around my apartment. Definitely would buy again.

Re order order #205-0307768-2941949. I purchased a bed frame from these lot via Amazon. Appalling quality - super thin headboard that came in two parts and without even the correct fixings to join the two parts of the headboard together. It was like some thick cardboard almost - very flimsy. The two front bed legs also do not align and so you can see a big visible brown piece of wood or something once you attach the legs. The jokers also then sent me a return label saying that the item - A DOUBLE BED - weighed 1kg - a bag of sugar!!! this meant that I then had issues with the courier who initially refused to take the returned item because the weight that yaheetech had used was so out of kilter with the real weight which was probably over 50kg.

Item bought off Amazon, arrived damaged and after several messages requesting for the parcel to be collected for a full refund the company seemed to agree but now have not turned up on two separate days. They ignore what you write to them and refuse to refund the money. This company is an absolute joke, AVOID at all costs, I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company

I wasn’t sure if the water slide/bounce house I was considering ordering would arrive on time for my grandsons birthday. However, I accidentally placed the order before finding out the delivery time. Unfortunately, it was a Holiday weekend and I was unable to cancel the order. Yaheetech customer service was fabulous, they gave me several options to help resolve my issue. They even advised that I could refuse the delivery if needed. The delivery arrived in time for my grandsons birthday and he was one very happy 3 year old !!! Purchased a cabinet for £69 which proved unsuitable so returned it at a cost of £21. Yaheetech have for some unknown reason limited their refund to £16. This is a classic rip off supplier. I now have to proceed through Small Claims Court to get justice.

I have had the chance to order so many different products from their company and I have been happy with them all. This is my first cat tree and what a bar to set for the first purchase. It arrived quickly, was easy to unpackage (although the box is a bit heavy, you may need help to bring it inside) and each piece was wrapped securely to keep in good shape. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was easy. It is very sturdy, and it comes with a wall anchor which I chose to use given the tree is so tall and the cats like to jump up and down. Cat tree isn't really the right description, we have begun calling it the cat castle because there are so many platforms and hideaways, scratchers, and toys. I have two cats, one is average size, and one is fairly big, and they can both fit comfortably in the walkways, platforms and 'scoop' style bed areas. I bought the potting table and it sat for a couple of weeks. It was not for me to assemble--it had a lot of pieces. But it is handsome. I got two compliments out of the two people who have seen it. I wish that the only drawer came with a roller. Other than that it is perfect for the average gardener like me.

Used it for a month and a half so far. Solid bed frame, quite affordable. There is ample storage space beneath. Takes awhile to build because there are many parts to put together, but instructions are pretty simple. Color selection was limited (I would have preferred an antique bronze), but neutral white was acceptable. It does not creak a lot, but it is noticable in a quiet bedroom. Any suggestions to fix that would be welcome.

I emailed the company with issues regarding my order received (missing part, didn't fit…) and got no response. Updated...I was contacted by the seller to regarding the issues because of my review, but it's been over 2 months since I got the bed frame so parts are not needed anymore as I've had to get them myself and have someone fix the frame so I could use it. It would have been nice if they responded right away to the email sent and fixed the situation.

I was looking for an end table to add to my gaming room. It had to be neutral and something that would match with various wood finishes. The height and width are as listed. End table is flushed well against the wall, so it does no stick out. The drawer is great to put away the remote controls and other items, so they are not all over the room messy. It has a nice big drawer and can fit lots of stuff. The middle part is good for the remotes and to charge the phones in a discreet manner. Then the top is great for a nice decoration. As you can see in my pictures, the top I have some gold ornaments, in the middle I have a mid to dark wooden tray and my floors are natural wood. I am loving the contrast of the different wood finishes and accent gold tones with its gray finish. The setup was easy. I built it myself in under an hour; all tools are included. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go. Material is well made, and it is great for the price.
