I have many Mi products, Xiaomi Pad, Mi TV, air fryer… Price is good, but customer service is not... It's hard to find the right person to deal with quality issue...

Xiaomi products are excellent, extremely well made and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as long as you don't want any customer service.Xiaomi used to have an excellent customer service team, but this has changed and they actively ignore or defer issues.They now have a cut and paste response I'm sure many people have seen, 'we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to proceed with further assistance' and this is their go away notice.This is completely unacceptable, we have rights as customers and they are being flagrantly ignored.This is such a shame considering the quality of their products

I am extremely disappointed with Xiaomi's customer service. I returned my products, which they have confirmed receiving, but they have yet to issue my refund. Despite calling them three times, I was given a different excuse each time. I am now forced to escalate the matter through my credit card company. Xiaomi clearly does not honor their returns policy. I strongly advise against buying Xiaomi products.

I bought xiaomi band 8 and buds 5 pro, for band after use of 6 months battery doesn't last more than 2 days with minimal use and buds are 3 months old and battery lasts 5-6 hours when full charged. I was a fan of Xiaomi not anymore

What a horrible experience I had Xiaomi Cape Town store. To put it mildly I was more in shock than anger. The sales person was sooooo bad that I embarrassed myself and actually allowed emotion to take over. I had contacted Xiaomi in South Africa. All I received was pacifying emails to tell me that the incident was being looked into. One Working week and still nothing. What an experience. Six telephone calls with no resolvement in sight. It's a shambles. They can't even manage to send out a return package. All I have received are four emails stating "We apologize for the inconvenience that you are having with your device right now. Rest assured that we'll assist you with this"I've asked for this issue to be escalated. How can it take this long to arranged for a return package to be sent. Bought a watch and 2 phones directly from website,phones were ok watch would not charge due to fault only one access pin visible at the rear ,sent back only for countless emails saying not covered by warranty, disgusting way to run a company,no addmittance of a problem they were responsible for.

I bought redmi buds 4 active from this shocking company.Firstly they were delivered not to my address, but elsewhere and I wasn’t informed. They offer good products at nice prices. I have been using Xiaomi's scooter and home security camera for some years and am happy with their products and services offered. Not only are their products cheaper than competitors in the market but Xiaomi products also stand the test of time.

They are changing the game in the household appliances and consumer electronics. you can literally build out an ecosystem where you have the phone, the watch, the coffee machine, the weight scale, the robot cleaner, wall clock, kitchen appliances, anything from head to toe from soup to the nuts. unbelievable. fitness bands too! So once you get deep into the world of xiaomi, it can basically encompass all your life. I don't have a ton of info about their products since obviously i havent used them all but i like the fact that almost every single device comes with a smartphone app that you can store historical data, like on those weight scales and the robot house cleaner

Sigh I don't like giving bad reviews but it is what it is, I've used 2 Redmi phones and both failed me. I don't know why Redmi 9c has a 64bit hardware but was shipped with a 32 bit software which makes me unable to install most apps and the phone became insufferable to use after a year and half. My other Redmi note 9 just got into a boot loop and the panel is damaged which costs around the same price as the device itself

I've been a fan of Xiaomi products for many years, and I find they strike just the right balance between reliability and affordability. I started with their smartphones but recently started to build up my house and kitchen appliances only with Xiaomi products. I can name a couple of products that I bought at a fraction of the price of some other brands, and still proved to be at the highest quality. Like the air-fryer for example. Now I have a wish list of smart home devices. I like that all their products communicate with each other and it's really simple to make the network for a smart home.

Very disappointing experience.The phone stopped working after less then 2 years, was sent twice to be repaired, and when that didn't work I was sent a new replacement phone that stopped working within a month. Their emails that a full of empty phrases such as 'Rest assured we will assist you with this' are driving me mad!When I phoned customer service it wasn't any better.

I have 2 mobiles from POCO/Xiaomi, is the same company anyway.The Redmi last 2 years and start to get very slow and battery just for half day, later the screen start to be no accurate.Second and last experience is the POCO F2 PRO.After 3 years, right after the warranty ends the POCO F2 PRO stopped charge. I brought Mi 5A 100 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Google Assistance (2022 model). After few months TV stopped power on automatically. I did multiple customer support calls but there is no response over my query. Even the technician visiting time scheduled multiple times but no one visited. This is so horrible experience with MI. There is a person in customer support working in Bangalore location named Pankaj Singh he is horrible person in customer support. I bought their vacuum cleaning robot Roidmi Eve. The battery went dead after 2 years. Replacing the battery was a most torturing experience. Service Center location is remote and difficult to find. The thing I love most about this phone is its pop front camera which has sound and light effects. Xiaomi Customer Service is a DISGRACE. They are thieves. They are keeping my property (an electric scooter) and refuse to send it back to me. Dont buy from them. I bought an electric scooter from them a year and a half ago (july 2020). It was faulty from the start and they refuse to change it, despite the fact I brought it to their attention within a month. It broke down 4 times within 10 months, keeping in mind most of the time the country was in lockdown, so I used it not as much as I would in "free circulation" times (and that gives you an idea on the bad quality of product and of customer service). Since beginning june 2021 I asked to send it back for repair for the fourth time, and asked for a replacement which was granted. However they delayed in giving me the means to send them back the scooter, which was finally collected by them end of July 2021 (so basically 2 months delays). I kept calling them to know when they would collect and send a replacement as I was due to move out of the country end of July due to family reasons, which I communicated to them every single time) After countless hour-long calls, the manager Valerie agreed in conjunction with Xiaomi French customer service to send back the replacement to my new adress in Paris, France. She said it on the phone, and didn't acknowledged my emails where I recapped our phone conversation. Since then, the replacement is ready, but they are stubornely telling me they can send the replacement to me, but only at a UK address, despite me having told them I would move out, and that I don't have family nor friends left in UK. So to this day, they have my property, refuse to send it back to me, so basically they sold something to me and are keeping it. That is the definition of a con or a theft. Don't buy from them!
