Is wpswings.com Legit?

Absolutley Nightmare!!!This plugin hasn't work from the moment i downloaded and activated it!Several things didn't work from the very beginning and after 48 hrs experience with it i realized that the plugin hasn't properly tested and they waiting when a client problem occur to developed.I requested a refund for the purchase within the 30 days withdraw because the product isn't the same as advert but they wont release it without any reasonable justification!!!Stay away and avoid this company that to me, is very unprofessional and customer care absent!

Needed a good, functional subscription plugin to sell multiple quantities of various items on a recurring payment.WP Swings Subscriptions for Woocommerce had the best valued plugin available and offered all of the functionality that I needed.Ishant from their support was extremely helpful. He ran me through all of the product features and their refund policy and made me feel comfortable enough buying the plugin, then assisted with various quesitons that I had during setup.I didn't need to ask any questions as it was all in the knowledge base; but I jumped the gun and messaged support the moment that I had questions instead of reading. Ishant was cool about this and happily helped.

Their support team couldn't make the plugin work for us and they refused to give a refund even within the 30-day window. Check out their refund policy before buying.Be sure to note the line that says "The refund can not be initiated if the user doesn’t like the design of the product after downloading it." That pretty much covers everything. If you don't like it, you still pay. Was it worth the $69 to earn a 1-star review? Bad product. Bad customer service.

The plugin doesn’t provide any warnings or notifications when the license stops working.I’ve contacted support twice before, and each time I was assured the problem would be resolved. However, the issue keeps recurring. This not only causes financial losses from missed sales but also damages customer trust in my business.For businesses that rely on reliable solutions, this level of service is unacceptable. If you care about your customers, I strongly recommend improving both the plugin’s functionality and implementing a notification system for such issues. As it stands, this service leaves a completely negative impression.
