Absolutely horrible. Broken site more than once . When confronted they try and blame site owner until confronted with revisions history.They don’t even bother to update plug-ins any more. Should have know man to expect very little from a company who relies so heavily on emoji’s in emails and no showed for the first call.

Best Troubleshooting Team Ever!Have been using WP Buffs for years, and have recommended all my friends, colleagues, and business partners to use them. WP Buffs have always stepped in to help with my website maintainence issues promptly at a very reasonable monthly fee - allowing me to concentrate on other areas like content creation, sales, and marketing. I have been working with WPBuffs for 6 months or so (how time flies). My experience with them is overall very good.I did run into a similar issue as Alex (May 4, 2021) did below. In my case, a plugin broke because it didn't work with the current PHP version. I feel that is something that should not escape testing. WPBuffs and I got through that, but it did cast a shadow on their updating flow.I also think WPBuff's ticket ordering should be revisited, because my high priority tickets don't get attention before tickets with a lower priority — date of submitting a ticket seems to be the rule). WPBuffs have given me a hack to highlight urgent tickets, for which I am truly thankful, but I'd prefer them to just respect their own priority labels.Having said that, communication has been clear and good, and tickets generally resolved quickly. I am happy to have them handling my site speed, help me solving errors, and take the load of finding and killing CSS issues off my back — all great time-savers for me.Once I learned how to seperate my issues into different tickets, we settled into a nice workflow.

WPBuffs are BY FAR the BEST website professionals to help ANY online website. They are lightning fast, they come up with alternative ideas or do exactly as the client wants and make sure we are taken care of. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs support and to be able to rest at night knowing they overlook your website for you. I've been with them for 6 months so far and I can't run my business without them!

WPBuffs has been great to work with! They helped to resolve many issues on a limited budget, and are also proactive about suggesting solutions. My tip would be: be as specific as possible, and know that if it requires custom development, that may not be something they can help with. Maybe a good add on service for the future.

I requested a series of updates to our website as the organization's leadership changed in June 2022. The response was fast (turn-around-time faster than stated/expected)! When several minor edits were then identified by Board members upon their review and i provided to WP Buffs, Ernesto Montejo WordPress Engineer, addressed the same day! Very pleased.

About two months ago our company selected WP Buffs to provide maintenance support to our WordPress website. They quickly resolved all the major issues we were having with updates and plug ins which are included in the price of the plan. I was amazed when I realized the extent of the unlimited updates. They have certainly exceed my expectations and truly do everything they can to create a great experience for our customers when they visit our website. I come up with ideas and do not have to invest hours in watching videos on how to implement the ideas. I simply put in a ticket and WP Buffs makes it reality. I can not be more pleased with the service we are receiving.

Our wordpress site has been heavily customized with dozens of plugins, including lots of custom content types, a learning management system, user community plugin, and more. It was a mess, extremely slow, and routinely crashing. First we tried working with a freelance Wordpress administrator, that was a disaster too, and very expensive.Then we found WP Buffs. Within a couple of days they had the site stabilized and running well. After a few months, the site runs like clockwork and they are extremely accommodating to our requests.I would recommend WP Buffs to ANYONE who operates a Wordpress site. Focus on your content, and your business, let WP Buffs handle the rest. You'll sleep better, I promise.I'm not receiving any compensation for this review. The whole team is very supportive & knowledgeable . In fact I want to put 4.5 star , but can't . Weekend Saturday or Sunday seem like nobody answering the "ticket request" .

WP Buffs is great! They are knowledgeable, responsive, and very friendly. I've gone from spending hours of my time trying to get something to work, to submitting a ticket which takes about a minute. Highly recommend.

You definitely get what you pay for with WP Buffs. That being said, it's not enough. I would prefer to pay more for better service instead of getting the cheapest WP support available. I agree with another reviewer that they don't prioritize the tickets properly. Also, they work sequentially and won't go on to the next ticket until the last ticket is finished, so if you have a tricky one, you have to close it out so they will go on to the next easy or urgent one, then reopen the old one. We had a ticket that was being worked on for a very long time, over a month, partly due to me responding slowly, partly due to them apparently stopping for other tickets that were sent in. The response time is generally much slower than stated, unless you consider the auto-reply within a 24-hr response window. I have had to wait days for proper acknowledgement on some tickets. Also, the tickets get assigned to new engineers as shifts change which is not always optimal. I will be exchanging emails with one engineer over the course of a few hours, and then another engineer on the next shift picks up the ticket and they may not have the full understanding. The email-only communication is antiquated. It can take 2-3 days of back and forth emails to clarify an issue. Once a support engineer starts working on a ticket, I would like real-time communication to expedite the process. Slack would be best, or a Slack-like interface. Chat would be an improvement too.

I've never experienced better customer service than WP Buffs! They are excellent at what they do. The honesty, integrity, and true care for the client WP Buffs provides is a rarity in this day and time.
