Is wigstudio1.com Legit?

I ordered Noriko Sky in Silver Stone from the clearance section, and I am very pleased with my order. I try to buy most of my wigs this way. I don’t recommend new wigs start out like this, unless you can find a style and color similar to what your bio hair was, or have an idea what the style would look like on you. When I first started purchasing from clearance, I did order a few wigs that I really did not like on me, and I could not return them. But I have been wearing Sky and a few other face framing wigs that I feel comfortable buying from clearance. Once you know your style and colors, I find this is the way to purchase if I am blessed to find one on clearance. You can save a lot of money that way, even if you have to pay the postage.

I ordered a fabulous wig from Wig Studio 1! I was a bit unsure about the purchase because it was a previously returned item that was final sale. However, the quality was excellent; they even included a quality checklist that had been performed before sending. Additionally, my order was processed and shipped quickly. 10/10 will purchase from here again!

I have purchased wigs full price, on sale, and open box and all are perfectly packaged, priced well, and shipped fast. I have only had to return one because the color just didn’t good that good on me. The process was super easy. I took a store credit because I wanted to find another wig sooner or later. But when I did, the wig was on sale so they happily refunded the difference. Customer service is top notch, chat online easy and quick, and they answer their emails promptly. I watch the videos and check the weekend sales every week, because at my request they send me a text reminder. As you can see, I’ve been a customer for a long while and have been wearing wigs out of necessity for a few years. I’ve tried most reputable wig companies and I would rank Wig Studio 1 above them all for all the reasons you might want to trust a company when ordering a wig online.

Purchased Charlotte by Envy in Sparkling Champagne. Little darker and more gold than expected from videos and definitely shiny. But fibers and style are great and cap fits my 22.5 head perfectly. Very comfortable. Waited so long (back order) that didn’t want to return. Brunette dry shampoo is helping. Only reason for 4 instead of 5.

Order and delivery were seamless. My mail hair came in just three days! I love Sky! Was looking for something a bit longer than my pixie’s and this is perfect!

The wig that I got was ignite by Jon Renau I have several of them but decided to go to a different color and I absolutely love this color. It’s the closest to my natural hair color. If anyone’s having hair loss don’t be afraid. We are made a lot better than they were years ago and it makes you feel so much better so much prettier and feel like yourself again.

Love Wig Studio 1 so much . I have purchased all my wigs from them, and have been wearing wigs for a year. They have a great return policy and I have never had any problems or issues when ordering from them. I love all my wigs I have purchased from them, Service is awesome!

Wig Studio 1 always seems to have inventory when other online retailers do not. The wig took a while to receive, but I was made aware of it when I purchased it.

It was a great sale and the order went off very well. However one of my purchases was refunded without any explanation or compensation gift.

I finally signed into Route because I couldn’t figure out what happened with my wig. There I learned that the order has been canceled.I do remember an earlier email or text that mentioned that an order had been canceled, but then the order was sent Getting ready to be shipped. So I thought perhaps it had been accidentally canceled and then re-processed.There was never any communication as to why it was canceled. I’m disappointed.

Stellar customer service from Wig Studio One. i bought a wig that didn’t work for me, and I returned it using the $3.98 for try-on and received store credit. The credit appeared on my account the same day I returned it, and I purchased another wig right away. That’s a very quick turnaround. The delivery was as I expected, the wig was properly placed in the box...it was a real pleasure to finally open the box, I was really excited to get the hair of my dreams. Not great experience. Sent wrong shade for wig and refuse to return phone messages. They also charge restocking fees? Other revenues don’t do that and only charge a small return label fee if wig is not right for you.

The WS1 website is very friendly. The inventory is always good, and the customer service is excellent.

The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to work with. Wig Studio 1 makes it so easy for new wig wearers by offering consultations, support, and an easy to follow return/exchange policy.

“Nothing but Excellent Service from Wig Studio 1!”

I'm shocked to read a few very negative reviews, so I have to add my experience. I've ordered and received 5 wigs from this company in 2023. The first was a color that did not suit me so I returned it with no problems. With the next two, I had determined the correct color and I was not disappointed when they arrived. I had thought I might order two and return one, but I liked them both. A few weeks ago I found something on clearance that looked interesting. The clearance wig took a few days longer to arrive but it was in perfect condition and I was happy with my purchase. I've also done a "wig chat" to ask questions and I received answers promptly to help me narrow down my next choice. I am very satisfied that Wig Studio 1 is one of the best and most reputable wig companies in operation. I completely recommend them to all who read this review. Tip for consumers:The company has been nothing but helpful. I can't imagine asking for more from a business. There is frequently a sale on the wigs I most often buy. Their customer service is there to answer questions and get back to you quickly. They are terrific. I'm a relatively new buyer and they make me feel more confident in making a choice that I will be happy with. But if I have to return something, my cost is very low. It's worth trying a style to find out it will work for me. I know I can return Products used:Over the past year, I ordered 5 wigs and ended up keeping 4.

“Disappionted”

The quality of clearance items is questionable, there are no returns for those items, and Wig Studio 1 does not care if the item sent, was poor quality. If you want an ethical company that cares, choose another, this isn't it.

I have noticed quality of manufacturers has gone downhill. Wigstudio1 charges out the wazoo for restocking fee. They say they inspect them for defects but you'll never get them to admit it's a defect. You will always be charged for a return, regardless of fault. Then they try to threaten your ability to order after you call them on it. Like you're not ready over them. You should pay with Paypal (if you do purrchase) and file a case if needed. There are much more customer oriented online companies out there. They are not hard to find. Some only charge return shipping and no restock. Its a quick Google search. Stay away from these guys though.

“DISAPPOINTED”

When I order an open box item, my expectation, is to receive the wig I ordered, free of tangles, modifications, new wig smell, and a zigzag part, and that is NOT what I received with Rachel Lite. I've purchased new and open box items from WS1, and there have been 7 major disappointments, 6 being wigs that never should have been sold as 'open box' items. 1. Nitro 16" - threadbare - I was new and didn't know better. 2. Three wigs in the same order that reeked of cigarette smoke - never should have sold them to consumers. 3. Estetica Ocean - a factory defect with a visible weft across the top of the wig giving the appearance almost of a 'part' but it was just a funky weft poorly sewn that WS1 deemed 'permatease' - it was not. 4. Bought an open box 100% hand tied Dalgona 16" - they sent a regular, made me take pictures and send it to them before they would give me a return label, and I had to wait until they received the wig and inspected it, to receive a refund that they offered as a 'one time courtesy'. If you send someone the wrong wig, that's not a courtesy, it's correcting a mistake you made. Since it takes 7-9 days to get a wig after you pay, then another -9 days for them to receive the wig, from order to refund, took about 30 days. I paid them and waited 3 days for a refund. 5.Rachel Lite - no zigzap part, a tangled mess, no new wig smell, yet the 'checklist' indicates otherwise - it seems they just check the boxes without checking the wig. This place sucks! I wouldn't accept anything free from these idiots! Ordered an item and they must call me to fulfill the order! Products used:Absolutely none and won't use any in the Future!!

People, ladies, beware of this company! They take your money without even having the product in stock or without even knowing when the product will be in stock! They also do not post on their website what wigs/colors are out of stock because they expect you to email them and ask them if it's available! Who does that! What reputable website makes you email them to see if your toothpaste is in stock? Run! Hit your back button! Do whatever you have to do to stay off their website. They took over $420.00 and change of my money and told me they could not refund me. Lol "Could not", what business cannot refund a customer? I'm sorry but these people are comical to say the least. But the big issue is, consumers unknowingly go to their website thinking they are reputable and believing (BECAUSE IT'S NOT POSTED THAT A CERTAIN COLOR OR WIG IS NOT AVAILABLE) when they place their order that it will ship out in a timely manner like any reputable e-commerce website on the net would, but NO! The product is not available and you might have to wait 2-4 months for your items. AND here's the kicker, they charge you despite they don't have the product and don't even know when it will be in and their policy is... Drum Roll please... you cannot cancel the order! LOL Who the hell are these fail monkeys! Who are these thieves, I mean it's criminal what they do, but they protect themselves by having a policy that no one reads because most "reputable" websites would never post that they "cannot" refund you! Wigstudio1 you mean you "will not" because you're too cheap to reap the return fees! You make me sick, I have zero respect for your business, or lack thereof I should say. People, run, hide, don't go there, they are cheap, money hungry grubs who don't give a rip about your (key word here) YOUR money, well, until it's in their hands I mean. OMG Scotty, beam me up! Tip for consumers:Tell it like it is, tell your story and how it made you feel. We are the consumer, we need to help each other by telling the truth. So tell the truth.
