Is whizz.ae Legit?

Original product was lost in transit, had to order again and now the product is missing for almost three months and whizz refuses to give me a refund for it since they claim it's stuck in customs....for two months!

One of the best customer service i ever had.

We purchased a pedal boat on Whizz.ae./Whizzcart.com. The price tag attached to the product when delivered was US$549.99. The price charged by Whizz was Saudi Riyal 41,181(equivalent to US$10,981).The website only gave an aggregate price incl the product price, logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges as one price.The price of the product and the logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges necessary for delivery of the product to Saudi Arabia from the USA were not separately/clearly identified. Hadit been, we may not have proceeded with the purchase - the additional costs against the price of the product are out of proportion to the product price and would not have merited making the purchase. We believe that the make-up of the pricing information was not clearly stated.

I ordered a customizable wallet from Whizz. Kamil and Hassan have been absolutely amazing! They have been extremely patient with my continuous requests and changes! I am very happy with the service and I can’t wait to see the final product!!

My order is delayed since 3 weeks!!!Nothing is being done in order to sort it outCustomer service keep promising to give a call back with an update and never does. Absolutely disappointed! Never again! It’s been 11 days since I wrote the review and still nothing has been done in my matter! The stuff is unprofessional My messages after the review are being left on read! I’ve requested the manager email adress multiple times - no response!

Good online shop, ecpecially Customer service of Whizz.ae works very good. Unfortunatelly, my order was cancelled but not because of the shop but for some other reasons and I can't rate the delivery and products quality, that's why I give 4 stars. Customer service answered very fast and clearly explained me everything. I got the refund within 7 days.Thank you!

I have purchased an old Playstation and I received it in a perfect condition. I was informed all along the buying ans shipping process about the availability of the product. Once I started to use it I faced some technical issues as I have only European PS old games that wouldn't be supported by the PS3 who is American. Therefore, I asked for help to Whizz and they took time to do researches before coming back to me with information that was useful. They have always been responding fast all along the process. I will surely order from them again.

Quite frankly my go to site when i need some goods at a great price. Why pay more? Particularly in these tougher economic times... i’ve saved a fortune, great service every time. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have used Whizz several times, it is useful for obtaining items not available in the UAE. I have been quite satisfied until the last order was delayed twice. On the second delay, I requested to cancel the order which was unnecessarily difficult. To their credit, Whizz did eventually cancel after offering 50AED as compensation. I would not let this put me off using Whizz again.

Very bad service I bought two items from them, on 25/2/2024 expedited delivery to receive it before 3/3/2024, until today 8/3/2024, I didn’t get anything, I phoned so many times (hard to reach them) or by email they keep saying tomorrow or the day after you will get your shipment but I didn’t get anything also no tracking information it’s stopped on the day 2/3/2024 nothing after that, they don’t answer the WhatsApp messages. They refunded the expedited delivery fees on my account in whizz not back to my bank account to use it again on their products. Tried to get in touch with anyone in charge but the costumer services said no one is in charge only by email. They are not explaining what is going on.

The service from Whizz has been of the highest standards. They gave me excellent advice when I needed more information about the products that I needed and they assisted me to make the right selection on the exact product that I needed based on my requirements. It was easy placing the order on the website and the delivery was on time. I ordered this whilst I was in the UK and had the delivery to my home address in Dubai. Keep up the good work!

Whizz is a really great online store. They have gone out of their way to resolve their issue and have sorted out my query. I would recommend anyone to buy on this online store. Their service is outstanding.

I ordered from them a month ago, it was promised to arrive July 10th and my products is still not here... every time I contact them they just copy and past the same exact words "..product in Bahrain..". terrible customer service, not helpful at all. won't be a returning customer and will advise everyone to STAY AWAY!Updated: whizzcart flagged my review as "Not based on a genuine experience" and got it taken down. Until I had to talk to trustpoilt to bring it back. Great way of silencing customers 👍🏼
