Webstaurant is my go-to for glassware that I laser engrave to sell. I don't see provision to skip sales tax since I have to charge sales tax when I re-sell. Because of this, tax is paid twice and is a waste. Also the link to print a receipt didn't work.

We ordered pint beer glasses, customized with our logo. Before placing the order I had the custom order department confirm that they could achieve the Burgundy color of our logo. I even sent them the specific color number. They assured me that they could. When we received our order, the glasses were a nice quality product, however the logo color was wrong. It was Brown and not the Burgundy color that we requested. When I alerted them of the error, the response from the company was that they could issue us a minimal store credit on a future order but did not offer to do anything about the product that we already received. This was our first experience ordering custom product from Webstaurant and it was very disappointing.
The shipping expediency over the last two years has greatly improved. Most warehouses process our orders within the same day allowing us to receive them in 5 - 7 business days. Also, the customer service has always been top notch. Damaged items are refunded or replaced immeditately with verifiable photos. The prices are the lowest I can find, even from local wholesalers. Keep up the good work, Webstaurant!
I bought the set about 11 years ago and finally used up the last of my stoppers either from use or lost in moving. The Vacu Vin really does make a difference by not letting the wine take on an off taste after opening the bottle. I highly recommend Vacu Vin.

Your site was pretty easy to navigate. However, your shipping costs are too high. I can ship 20 pounds of coffee in two days to southern Florida for $22 and to pay $30 or more for shipping is excessive I think.

Now only did my item arrive later than expected it arrived extremely damaged and missing parts. Every word spoken by not one but every customer service rep. after 5-6 emails and 5-6 phone conversations was a waste of time and far from the truth.
Even with shipping my favorite items are still cheaper than the "W" store, good value, great quality.
Shipping is erratic. I was a member of plus which meant that many items shipped free. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to use because you never have any idea if it's going to take a couple of days or a couple of weeks to get your order, which if you're trying to plan your inventory makes it near impossible. The worst is many times on the late items the warehouse didn't even ship the items out until a full week after the order date. This is unacceptable in this day and age, especially because on their website for my location they brag about as low as one day shipping times. What makes it worse when you try to resolve a late shipping issue, the CSRs tell you you need to accomodate their unreliable shipping rather than try to solve the problem.

“Outrageous shipping and restocking fees for returns”
I incorrectly ordered the wrong size tarp and inquired about obtaining a refund. The company responded that there would be a 30 percent restocking fee and mailing fee! I have attempted to order several items from them over the years and I have yet to receive one order that didn't have a problem. The biggest issue is that there is no rhyme or reason to when your order will ship and when you're ordering food you need to be home to receive the shipment. Who has the luxury of sitting around for days waiting for something to show up? The other major problem is the horrendous packaging (if you can even call it that). Almost every order I've received had no packing material whatsoever and the contents were just thrown together in a box so you can imagine the condition of the items when they arrive. Most recently, I got a box of frozen petit fours that arrived a week after I needed them for a party and a box of frozen pastries that were loose in a plastic bag resulting in several that were damaged beyond use. Perhaps if you're in a restaurant where there is always someone to receive cold deliveries and you can absorb losses from poorly packed products this may work for you. They should have some disclaimer on their website explaining how their items are packaged and that things will ship randomly- and not even together. “Shelves bow in center when weight is distributed equally across each one.”
First, shelves are nice looking but they do bend by about an inch or so in center of each shelf. The weight i have (4 bins of vinyl albums per shelf) is under maximum recommended weight and evenly distributed. Second, I would like to order additional parts and found it very difficult to contact this company. They don't make it easy on the website to contact and there is no phone number. I did send an online email, but never got a response as of today, 3 days later. The online chat bot is useless. You would think someone would respond quicker when it comes to a sale of more items.
“Item damaged by their shipper, no offer to replace it”
Item arrived damage and webstaurantstore.com wouldn't offer to replace the item. This happens when using cut rate shipping services like FedEx. I was offered a 20% refund and countered with a 30% which was accepted by their representative. After the agent agreed to refund me 30% I was only sent a refund of the lower amount of 20%. I do not recommend this vendor as they're unwilling to stand behind their product when it's damaged by their shipper. I recommend and use UPS for my business as the workforce is compensated more favorably which results in a better shipping & handling experience. I ordered on small bottle of ice machine cleaner, and when I was completing my purchase the shipping did not show up, it just checked me out and then showed shipping of around $17 dollars. I immediately tried to cancel because it said it had to be done within 15 minutes. Every time I pulled up my order number, it said it was still processing and no action could be taken. When I finally reached someone, they said it had been processed and could not be cancelled. This was also on Saturday or Sunday when the order was placed. This company advertises good pricing and then steals from you through shipping costs.

This site is a scam! Yes that have low price, but where they get you is shipping cost. First the items I ordered came in a garbage bag in a mangled box. I used the tracking information on the email sent to me which told me product was delivered. It wasn't.
