Is wagecan.com Legit?

Wagecan has gotten better and better since i started using the service over a year ago. The biggest improvements have been in customer service which is now fast and helpful. Their debit card has the lowest fees I've been able to find and loading is fast and easy. Their promotions are also very beneficial to their customers, which is rare.Overall I've been very satisfied with the growth, improvement and service this cryptocurrency company provides. If they expanded their currency options (i.e., Litecoin, Dash, Ether, etc.) and offered a UnionPay card, I'd give them 5 stars.

Update: it turns out wagecan and luxpin were responding immediately to my mails, just that protonmail was routing them by default to spam! I.do apologize to luxpin/wagecan, they did their job with great promptness.Be careful. Wagecan are referring individuals to luxpin.co and Luxpin looks like a scam.Luxpin claims that they are affiliated with Bitfinex but Bitfinex , when contacted, knows nothing about them. I had a card from Luxpin that was lost, I cannot get any support to replace that card and without a card my funds are locked in Luxpin. They don't answer any support requests.

So far so good ... just uploaded 1st stage 'VERIFY' images required, awaiting approval. Several of my Friends have been using WageCan Card successfully for months, so i cannot wait to be able to use mine!

Hi i just opened account and deposit son btc and after that i sold those in trading area , and i decide to drawn the money on the Link Node Card i paid for the card 19.99 i fill the form and i put all the details of the card ans request the drawn money , i received a link to my email but once click thet dont found the link , im trying to cancel the transacction now i dont where is my money no customer service jn both sides nobody answer emails

Over 20th Verifications, still not verified. This is unacceptable. I will remove this review once I am verified. I have sent them passports, about a dozen selfies with passports, proof of residency with a utility bill. Yet they reject them all. I am one phone call away from phoning the passport office and CFAS as they have more documentation than I needed to get a mortgage. This has been the single hardest service I've ever used to verify my acconut.

I have a bad experience I did not know that the card could only be issued through a passport I am a citizen of Colombia I do not have a passport at the timethe page does not specify what documents should be for verification before charging for the shipmentI have 0.092 btc that the platform does not let me withdraw to a wallet it says error and it charges me 350 usd of comicion for withdrawing my money100% scam will report this to the cyber crime unit

Sending bitcoin worked, filled out all forms, requires upload of photos, so I switch to camera take required photos, when I switch back I have to fill everything in again! Okay, so I do that, select upload, it says required apps not connected. So I set the appropriate permissions, re-fill all required entries, still cannot upload anything.So I decide to screw it and refund my stuff and it refuses regardless of how high saying "$2000 daily limit" reached. Seriously? It won't even allow transfer of a single Satoshi!So I try to find a help phone number, no luck on site. Whois says godaddy, and godaddy says a number that is not in service.SMELLS REAL SCAMMY!Moral of the story: Don't trust these guys, always do your research before sending anyone money, even if referred through a trusted site.

All and all it's a good service. Fees are fineCons: Mobile App is not very good. Customer support works in a very tight time schedule. would be better if you made another shift that could answer support queries coming from the other side of the world and not take 2 days to replyThey recently discontinued the card that I can use in my country. I have been using wagcan since 2016. For me , when using cryptocurrency companies, the customer service is the first thing I check before adding funds and trading with the company as this is a developing sector and there are no standard regulations. So far, I'm glad to say the customer service of WageCan has always been honest and very efficient in solving the issues I came across. I will put there customer service as one of the best compared to the others in this sector. I was just about to mention the iPhone app needs to be updated and more user friendly . I just received the latest update and it is much better then before. Must have read my mined :) Overall, I am very happy using WageCan and would fully recommend it.

Despite the positive balance MY CARD STOPED TO WORK since more than 20 days !!!!!!!!!Customer service is simply ridiculous - 4 messages sent in the last 10 days with no response. This is simply unacceptable.I don't recommend!!

I dont recomment this site , If you send an email they response up to more than 48 hours , If you load your card from BTC to USD , It takes too long , more than 8 days , the fees to withdrawal money from ATM are really high

I ordered the prepaid card. I received the password by e-mail and later the card by post. I was unable to withdraw money as apparently the pin code does not match the card.More to that - I tried to make an on-line payment, but it did not workeither, as the payment was rejected by MasterCard.No reply from support service.

The verification process is painfully slow, almost two months later I finally have my card, but I had to pay for shipping costs... Twice. I got a refund in BTC to my wallet, so all seems to be going fine.

They used to work fairly well. After the VISA/MasterCard take-down their support was TOTALLY SHUT OFF and in months of chasing, THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED FUNDS FROM THE SHUTDOWN CARDS!*UPDATE: Only days after posting this review at trustpilot, WAGECAN SUDDENLY emailed a form, asking to send private confidential information in insecurely by email, even though I did so under complaint, and under duress, and have followed up repeatedly, they have not answered since...To their credit, internally, they may be the only card company that has a working card after the round 3 assaults by Visa and MasterCard of the last 10 days..Their new golden card actually works and is delivered with only the name global cash printed on it...This part is impressive, they have the intestinal fortitude to survive these kinds of assaults, even if their support is overwhelmed...Their app if set up properly requires password, fingerprint, and authentication code every time... Though clunky that is admirable too... Triple securityI will post more when I hear back...

Even though its keep on asking me to log in again and again but I can say it is good thing especially for making sure our details and info are secured in your company. Thumbs Up!
