Terrible customer service. I like the product but too often the juice has leaked out of the cartridge when you open it. After this happened to me several times I took a picture of the faulty pod/ cartridge and sent an email to customer services. They literally make it impossible for you to get a replacement. It’s not about getting a refund I simply expected to get a replacement for a faulty unusable product . Terrible customer service. Avoid.
Loved this pen but reason I quit smoking was because I couldn’t afford to smoke, but the pods are extremely expensive £7.30 for 2 ☹️ I use 1 ( sometimes 2 ) a day so makes no real difference price ways. Will be shopping around tomorrow for alternative vapes that don’t cost me and arm and a leg.

I bought a Vype ePen 3. The battery never worked. I contacted the company - British American tobacco run Vype & Vuse. They promised to troubleshoot, but only got my contact details. As soon as I confirmed I had only an electronic receipt and not a paper (itemised) one, they said "the fault is with you" and there was nothing they could do. Even though it never worked. I asked again about troubleshooting, but they suddenly had no interest. I asked them to purge my personal details (Name, Email) from their system and they closed the chat contact. They were positively rude once they established I didn't have a paper receipt. No care for their product or customers.
Do not use this company, placed my order on their website next day delivery, after a week I used their chat to find out where my order was. The next day I received an email saying the order was cancelled as the payment didn't go through, the payment did go through and I've emailed customer services several times with no response. I reached out via chat a second time only to be told to email the same address I had used previously, when I said I had already done that they ended the chat. I have had to resort to disputing the payment with my bank. DO NOT USE!!!
I was a customer for over a year with the max subscription (30 epod cartridges per month). The new epod device is poor manufactured. The charging cable are not working after a week or so of use. Struggling to charge the devices using different charging cables. I bought 5 epod devices through Vuse website during the last 6 moths but I was contacted customer service were asking silly questions about batch order etc. My orders are saved in my account. After numerous of emails back and forth I was informed that my devices are not covered by the warranty because I used different power sources. That's ridiculous because the cables are not working and was trying to charge my devices.I wasn't looking to get a free device, just to be informed what Vuse is planning to do to improve their quality.Do they really think that a guy that spends over £1500 in pods will look to get free devices that cost £2.99 each. Really? The worst customer service experience in years.
I bought a vype e-cigarette from my local Tesco store at £29.99. I've used these e-cigarettes before and they have reallt helped me quit smoking. The one I purchased was faulty. I attempted to return it to Tesco who said I had to contact Vype customer services. I did this and spoke to a representative who told me, after huffing and puffing, to email. The email address he gave me didn't exist. I then emailed the customer service address on the advice leaflet. This was 5 days ago, and other than an automatic receipt, I've had no response. So, I'm left £30 down with a faulty product that no one will refund or exchange. Awful customer service, just don't bother.

Bought a little vype system as a backup device. Items ordered and paid for via PayPal, obviously confused them. They state yodel attempted to deliver twice. No evidence for this accept for nonsense message saying delivered, returned, delivered etc. Then without consent registered to 3rd party supplier who sent me a message they were attempting to deliver to an address I had never lived at. Shocking lack of communication.
Forget the Epen3. No matter how many new ones you buy, the cartridges don't want to work and flash as if empty, although a year or 2 ago they worked fine. Think they are trying to push the e pod which is much better, so have built in obselescense so you buy the newer model, which they only stock in bigger Sainsbury's. So much money wasted...don't bother!
The vapes are good but they are so freaking expensive! I go through one nic salt pod per day so that's technically $10/day I'm spending on vape juice! Absolutely rediculous!!!! A pack of taylor mades costs around the same and will last me three days what a joke hahaMy solution to this is to pry open the pod with plyers and refill what a pain! This makes a pod last a couple extra days but even then, compared to other nic salt vapes, the cost is just not worth it!Give me four pods for $20 like stratus or myohm and I'll come back, or a proper refillable, money hungry much!
I have been on alt vype for the last 5 months, finally got me off cigarettes. On the plus side its clean just pop n the pod and your away, charge when you need to. Not sure Im getting my moneys worth tho. Self maintenance with liquid application is far cheaper and lasts longer so I am considering moving on.
