Is vyjak.com Legit?

The quality of your clothing is worth the price. When one of my items was not delivered, I received a refund in a timely manner. I highly recommend your site, to friends and family!

Terrible experience trying to return an item. Their sizing chart isn’t correct. I want to return the item and they keep replying with “if we give you $5 will you keep the item” (or something close to that). Then another email saying if they give me $10 will I keep the item. I just want to return it and get a refund! So frustrating! Still ongoing….

I followed their sizing chart instead of getting a medium I decided to get a large I was so excited and then when it came it looks like it couldn't even fit a 14 year old girl and they won't exchange it for a larger one. Very very disappointing bad customer service

Article arrived intact though packaging was mostly destroyed. USPS had salvaged are placed in second packaging with note attached it had been damaged while in transit within their system. No damage to product was noted.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the shape of the dresses truly fit well, a 'mature' shape - as per the advertising. The only issue/disappointment I had was that the sleeves in one of the dresses are simply too tight for my upper arms (which are not excessive) and I have had to have it altered by having a gusset set in to provide the extra room - an extra 3cm. I am a typical Australian size 12-14.

I am very happy with my purchases. They are comfortable to wear and the fabrics are easy care. It is great to find somewhere to buy attractive dresses for those of us who are more mature. The one drawback was that dispatch took 3 weeks and a total of 5 weeks before my package arrived so this has to be noted if wanting something for a particular occasion.

I would prefer an actual size 10 rather than a 8-10 as 10's fit me better and a little tight because of this, but overall I am very happy with the colour and dress itself is very pretty.As for postage I was informed when posted and given a tracking order and it arrived on time roughly it took 2 weeks to arrive so very happy

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 tops from your website. When they did arrive, I was pleased. I felt everything was well made and packaged nicely. Each item was in its own individual plastic zip bag folded with tissue paper to decrease wrinkles. 3 of the items fit nicely, 1 dress was a little snug. I emailed the company and was promptly offered to exchange it. Unfortunately, because it had taken longer for the articles to come (I ordered on January 31st, they arrived February 27th) than I anticipated or what was suggested on the website and these items were for a vacation. Time was now critical so I requested a refund and ended up with a partial refund and keeping the dress. I now know to allow extra time if I'm ordering for a specific event from this website which is why I rated this a 4 star. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

Fast delivery and good communication.The dress fits, except being too long, but as I am 153cm tall, I expect that will be the case. The fabric was a surprise, doesn’t feel like a blend of rayon and elastane, rather more like nylon.Lightweight and good dresses to pack for overseas travel

I am happy with the order, however the delivery time was a little extra overboard since when I shopped, it was mentioned that the items will be delivered within a week. Items were as explained and materials are really of good quality. That excuses the delay I guess

Wrong dress was posted but I loved the dress just the same. So that was a good mistake. I thought the dress I ordered was a blue polka dot dress. I’m loving the experience shopping with Vyjak, the deliver is spot on and so happy that I am receiving my purchases in good time. My primary reason for this order was the dress that I'd seen advertised. It looks beautiful in the advertisements. After waiting quite some time for delivery (a month), I was really disappointed by the dress. The fabric feels like a shower curtain, and the fit doesn't look like the photos.However, I also bought a sweater along with it because it looked cool, and I love it!So, one star for the dress and five stars for the sweater averages to three stars.

Ordered two dresses. The shipping experience was less than good. A notification that my order had been received and no other communication at all. Once they arrived, like others, I found that the construction of the garments was incredibly poor. I followed their sizing chart but it's obvious that whoever put this dress together has never seen a human body. No refund unless there is a quality issue and bad design and even worse construction doesn't fit in their definition of poor quality. Very bad customer service, horrible experience,nie wieder. Absolut Betrug.

Incredibly poor quality - the fabric was beyond horrid & the fit was nowhere near size ordered. I was almost ashamed to take the two unworn items to the op shop (wasn't worth the effort of returning - see other reviews for how bad that experience can be). I did write a review on the Vyjak website for each of the two items - these reviews have never appeared which tells you a lot!There are great online shops that deliver good value products - Vyjak isn't one of those

I loved the look of this dress advertised and I wasn’t disappointed.Flattering cut and falls lovely. Perfect length as well.Such light material great for where I live in the tropics.Will buy from here again.

Bathing suit was not as shown. Wanted to return and got 13.00 for a 40.00 purchase. At least it was up from 8.00 they originally wanted to refund. Bad business practice. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
