thinking a shirt loses wearability after three unceremonious uses from another person is delusion. the fabric is like any other and we should be grateful for what we have. re-selling and buying clothes is a wonderful system. additionally, with a more and more globalized world, where most chain stores in clothing sell the same items, in the same style, vinted gives you the chance to find something more genuine and unique, if you like fashion. also a functional app overall that doesn’t suffer from technical problems from what i’ve seen.

The app is very useful, if you put low prices you can sell things very quickly. As a seller the shipping procedure is very easy, you don’t have to do so much, it all gets prepared by the app. The shipping is rapid, even outside of your country.

It was a great experience to have the possibility of giving a new life to "no-more used" clothes,books or things in general. Vinted has got an amazing organization: all passages are traced and easy to check. Thanks!

Vinted is very automated but everything works very well, with no need to speak to real people, so far!What I especially like about Vinted is the community of people that it encompasses: everyone is well-mannered, organized, and I believe there for the greater good too: that of less waste, more recycling and overall an education on how to make better use of the (too many) things we no longer want.

The positive thing is that it is smooth and relatively cheap shipping, especially to foreign countries.The downside is that this results in the contact with customer service being largely auto-generated, and that Vinted allows accounts to remain on the site after they have stolen photographs of products other than the one being sold (where at least one of the images was of a product with a SEK 2000 higher value than what I paid for it, and being a totally different product), and that the seller in question was actually trying to resell unopened products from China (typical packages that jewelry is sent in from Wish, Shein, etc.) by marketing it as something other than what it actually was. The seller is not penalized at all, and I am not compensated for the trouble. The seller will continue to try to deceive buyers and Vinted will (according to their own statement) only act by removing posts they themselves see as breaking the rules. They refuse to comment on the issue of banning accounts (doesn't seem to happen).

Vinted is really great. It's very easy to load the products and to complete any sale. I convinced even my mum - that is non very practical - to use the app successfuly. Selling on Vinted gives the opportunity to give a long lasting life to clothes and other items.

AVOID Vinted – NO PROTECTION & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEHaving previously purchased vintage items from Ebay, I thought that I would give Vinted a try. What a HUGE MISTAKE I made.Purchased 2 shirts from one seller and also paid for Vinted's obligatory “Buyer Protection”The shirts were delivered – but not to my address !!!Checked out the "proof of delivery” online, only to find that my items had been delivered to someone with a WHITE doorway, that was not mine, whilst my doorway is BROWN.Contacted the seller, who did not want to know and became quite aggressive, basically leaving me to try and sort it out for myself.So I contacted Vinted “customer service” who then required me to message them with a long long list of particulars that must already have been easy to find on their system.Additionally, I provided the so called “proof of delivery” photo to the WHITE doorway that was not mine, together with photos of my house and BROWN doorway.The photos could not have been clearer – items delivered to a WHITE door – not my door – my door BROWN.Following my submission of this information, I received a string of messages from Vinted asking me to provide further proof that I did not receive the items.The next thing Vinted “customer service” do is to email me a form that needs PRINTING off and sending back to them, but I have NO WORKING PRINTER.Vinted “helpfully” inform me of the following:- “Please note that members who don't have printers at home usually print the label at their university or office. Otherwise, they visit their local library to print. You can always check out your local office supply store. They often offer printing services too.”However, I am over 70 and in poor physical health – one reason I buy online and have items delivered to me.The latest “customer service” suggestion is that I now do not need to do any of the above things at all – so why ask me in the first place?Instead, now Vinted want me to take an email attachment and run it through not one, but two separate items of third party software, that they have provided links to, so that I can then be in a position to send this form back to them. Regarding the additional software, Vinted expect me to work with, I have never heard of these companies before and would not dream of risking a virus infecting my computer.All in all my assessment is this – that Vinted's “customer service” primary role is to frustrate you from making any sort of claim on their “Buyer Protection” that you have purchased from them.Check out other Trustpilot reviews about Vinted – It is all too clear.Life is far too short to deal with these sorts of companies, so as regards Vinted – AVOID AVOID AVOID – You have been warned.

This App is managed in a professional way, everything is easy to do and if an issue occur the support team is always available to help

Compared to eBay, yploading items to sell is really easy as well as the shipping process which is handled by the site and payment is quite fast Only downside is that buyers seem to be a bit thrifty and would almost always try to reduce original asking price but that's understanble.

The platform Is very well organized and gives many opportunities, according to the High Number of user (local and International).The offering part doesn't work very well. When I sell a product, often I accept offers but people doesn't pay (70% of Total cases).This reduce the trust in the platform

It's simple to use, and there's a lot of choices and a vary catalog. I like very much the clear communicarion between seller and costumer, and the clear selling instructions

I sold some dress I’ve never used and I’m happy that someone else will give them a new life. Throwing them away it’s a shame. Recycle is the right way

Not promising. Seller has no rights if parcel is damaged in delivery and Vinted is not willing to engage in a dialog. I would use another platform to sell from.

I’ve made several purchases at this point, and I love every single item I got on Vinted. It can be very cheap and most importantly you really have the chance to get good stuff that you wouldn’t find in stores or markets anymore. Great!

I started to sell things on Vinted last month. It is a great online platform for selling and buying things. For the sellers, there is no posting fee and transaction fee. The buyers pay the shipping fee and the transaction fee. The shipping fee is lower on this platform. The transaction fee is only half of the transaction fee on ebay. In this way, sellers can propose lower price and buyers can pay less. Yet, the setting is not very user-friendly for the sellers. For example, you cannot manage your stock (e.g. quantity of items available) when you post an object for selling. You cannot sell one type of objects individually and as a combined offer at the same time. It is troublesome because some people just have more than one item on stock for selling.
